Only study packs without tutorials won't work. You'll need other materials like acca practice kit for pm and fr especially. That study pack is good enough to understand the basics of each topic, but they don't have a lot of examinable questions here.

Harvey needs time to deal with his issues, his fear of being abandoned, I think Donna gave him the most practical solution, after that, I think he would be ready.

As for louiss, it's going to be long while because he still acts on impulse and ruled by his flaws and doubts... I'm also disappointed that Gretchen couldn't caution him the way Donna did, instead she kept cheering him up.
