Lemme me just add if you've been ignoring your wife for so long and she has tolerated ur s.hit n hasn't gone outside to seek for the attention women crave so much from another man, then you have a treasure in ur home n u shouldn't be so quick to get rid of it.

First of all attraction counts a lot. It may be different things for different people: for some it's physical, some character/personality and others on an intellectual capacity.
But when it comes to choosing a partner, while searching for what you're originally attracted to, it's important to also seek for one who has a bit of all other 'necessary' requirements in whatever percentage you deem fit.
