Providus platinum card (NAIRA) can pay for visa fee and NHS. You have access to $3000 per month. I used it to pay for my own and my family. I exhausted the 3k dollars and had to complete the payment with my friend’s card.

1. What am to fill for method of deposit of payment, (though I paid through CBN form A)
2. What to fill for visa application service level to be used is standard service or priority visa service.
So gurus which one am I to fill.thanks

I am trying to book TB test appointment on IOM portal. There are no available dates this year for both Lagos & Abuja MHACs. The challenge here is that i live in Port Harcourt and can't just gate crash without a confirmed appointment or being assured that i will be attended to if i choose to travel down to Abuja without an appointment. How do i go about this guys? kindly advise me.
