I have had to send funds to MALAWI only through western union and moneygram, aside from the crazy commission i had to pay, they also have quarterly limits. I tried sending paypal funds but the funds wont go through. i also consulted some traders here to help send the paypal funds it still didnt go through. I will like anyone who has been able send money to MALAWI without using WESTERN UNION or MONEYGRAM to kindly share ideas with me.....thanks for your help always

Nah wa o, all this stress and time? What if the babe or bobo gets tired of the whole kini & get discouraged? I wonder what US ppl go through in their case, well i don't blame them we don cast undecided in the mean time @ukcatlover if you are a graduate you can start pushing for PR also
That the process because most people normally do arranged marriage not only Africa’s but other countries so they have to make everything difficult for everyone both genuine ones

I already got my PR here and if the babe or bobo got tired then is not a genuine relationship because who really love you will be patience and do anything to be with who they love also Australia visa is more difficult to get than USA visa

Lots of immigration laws are changing now I heard if you bring your partner here on subclass 820 Visa you must put the person on your will and utility papers so it will discourage scammers that get paid to bring people here

Thank you for your response. I have spoken to him, and he said she would come to Nigeria, then after about 3 or 4months later they would also meet in Dubai then later do a visit to somewhere cheap again before they eventually get married because the relationship is a genuine one as both of them are of same age.

1. What are the likely documents they need to prove genuine relationship.

2. After the above trips, what kind of visa do you feel he should apply for first, visit or spousal.

3. What is the likely length of time before decision is made on spousal visa or visit visa

Thank
1. You need evidence of communication ( phone call records) emails, pictures together, how she/you gave supported each other financially, emotionally, spiritually and physically. 3-4 witness of relationship fro friends and family for both of you, documents from you about your job, education back ground, statement of what you have been doing since primary school till date because they need to profile you that you responsible this Will help you. 8,000 plus AUD for visa fees and you can get more information from their website on partnership visa subclass 820

2. Why applied for visit when you guys have been meeting each other in different countries, no time to waste apply for spouse visa at once cos it might take 1-2 years to make a decision for your visa. If refused she can appeal here which will take another 8 months to 1 year and u will pay 3,000 to 4,000 for appeal. So get as many documents you, your religious leaders can also give you a statement about you and also your employer and local government too anything documents that can help to profile you well

3. Don’t know about tourist but spouse visa is 1-2 years as of 2014 you will also see the duration on their website. Visit their website to see more details.

Good luck

Good day everyone, I want to enquire for a friend. His Australian girlfriend wants him to come over for marriage, though the girlfriend is willing to come to Nigeria first for a visit.

1. What category of visa do you think he would need to visit Australia

2. What do you think it's best, should the marriage take place here in Nigeria or Australia.

3.Can he apply for Partner visa while on tourist stream visa in Australia if the marriage is held here in Nigeria.

4. What documents would he need to apply for the visa.

5.With the conditions stated above, what other options do you suggest?

I look forward to your response seniors in the house.
Will help you out on this

First if his girlfriend is from Africa then he got more advantage than white girls cos immigration normally thinks that we wants to marry their girls for citizenship but that should not discourage him to proceed if he knows the relationship is genuine and he had a lot supporting documents. Back to your questions.

1. I think he can visit Australia with Tourist if he has enough supporting documents or prove that he will return back or his girlfriend can visit Nigeria or they can meet in Dubai. Immigration will love to see meetings together/ evidence of relationships in the future when applying for partner visa (Subclass 820) to come here

2. Marriage can take place anywhere but what really matters is your supporting documents/ prove of genuine relationship. My advice meet in Nigeria get enough supporting documents before thinking of marriage don’t cos it does not guarantee you visa if you don’t have enough supporting documents cos with marriage if you have enough proof and supporting documents that you in s genuine relationship you can get a partnership visa to come here.

3. I won’t advice go to apply for tourist visa while waiting for partnership visa to be decided the immigration might look it like desperation to come here and if they refuse you it might have disadvantage on your partnership visa application so what you need is patience, meet in other countries or if she can come to Nigeria and she ok then fine

4. She can visit Nigeria embassy in Canberra for more information and also you will give her supporting documents to submit before they grant her visa, my advice again both of you can meet in another country easy

5. There no option here the truth is get all original documents and enough documents of a continue genuine relationship, proof of communication and proof that you doing well in Nigeria as you not marrying her to come here. There some cheap countries you can meet like 2-3 times before applying and lastly be patient and get enough documents for your application

Good Luck

TravelRe: Between Ethiopian And Qatar Airline Which Is Better by ukcatlover(m): 5:08pm On Jan 11, 2019
Qatar Airline is good, 5 star, expensive and comfortable but baggage allowance is very small and their staff on ground at airport will stress you to ensure your visa is bald or no single mistake and they might even make you miss flight

While Ethiopia Airline they are also good, cheaper friendly staff more baggage allowance and they just check normal visa and security check and you fly.

My advice use Ethiopia airline. Have used both so i know what am saying
Christianity EtcRe: Is Sport Betting Truly A Sin? by ukcatlover(m): 11:37am On Dec 30, 2018
For me I will say is a sin and not a sin

Is a sin if You are addicted to it You let gambling take more of your time you suppose to spend with family or borrow money You suppose to spend on family or personal self. Remember too much of everything Is bad

Not a sin if You gamble for fun. You see any game play it either win or lose it does not disturb your heart or family care

My advice gambling is not worth it if You calculate how much you lost and win a year then You all know how much you would have save if You not gambling. It brings you low, makes you a beggar and dream big that never comes to pass. Stay away from gamble if you can please but if you can’t gamble what You can afford to lose
TravelRe: Ugly Experience With Australian Embassy by ukcatlover(m): 2:42am On Oct 20, 2018
OP first I will say sorry about the refusal I will advice you that if you can appeal please do just that it will cost you because you have to pay appeal fees but believe me you have 95% chance of geting the visa if you appeal

I was refused visa by my case officer in South Africa in 2014 for no reason and he did not ask me to provide more documents to support my application which I found very sentimental so I went for appeal and paid the fees after 9 months I was contacted on a date for video call interview and funny enough they were just asking simple stupid questions because they knew that my case officer made a wrong decision and they congratulated me that I got the visa

So I went for my medical and in one month I got my visa grant on my email. So they just refuse sometimes and most people relax and don’t appeal.

Good luck with your next step but don’t give up please

Cheers
