some men don't allow their wife to work under another man. Women cannot claim equality with men. Women are built for the home. To take care of their kids and many other things. The men on the otherhand are built for the outside world. Men cannot stay at home. They must go out. But women are to remain at home.

Op, I have once wondered about this and after much thinking, I was able to come up wit some primary reasons....
1) PRIDE/ARROGANCE/STUBBORNNESS/INTOLERANCE: If you study Church history, you will see that this is one of the main reasons of splitting among churches.. For example, a church has a certain doctrine, some members discover it isn't according to the scriptures, but the church declares it is 'right' and labels the truth-tellers as liars, heretics, etc. The church kicks them out and they start theirs.. Countless examples abound in history. PLS note that the reverse is also very applicable; a church has certain correct principles or teachings however some dissents hold contrary and unscriptural/modern-day views. such eventually leave the main church and start theirs..... There are also examples here in Nigeria and worldwide.


2)FOLLOWING PEOPLE: some individuals gain a lot of popularity in churches due to their positions or services rendered.. it gets into their heads, hence they soon seek ways to establish their own churches.. Some even claim that God has called them into ministry ( PLS AM NOT SAYING ALL WHO CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN CALLED BY GOD ARE FAKES). Another point of view is when there is a leadership crises where by the main pastor dies, the assisting pastors try to takeover, one succeeds, the other(s) fails and leaves to start another one with as many as are willing to follow them


3)Hunger: some people go into ministry to make money. such people generally do not preach sound doctrine.

4) Conformity/Worldliness: some people realise that the teachings of Jesus and the apostles are not easy to abide by, hence they twist scriptures and preach watered-down doctrines to suit themselves.

PLS NOTE THAT I HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE SPECIFIC NAMES OF CHURCHES, AS THIS WOULD BE COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE

u are very correct. Some churches that like introducing paganism into the house of God should watch out. Things like carved or moulded images, rosary etc.

I can't allow my wife to be a full-time house wife, neither will i allow her to work in a place whose closing time exceeds 2 o'clock for her to have time to take care of my children.

Not as if i need her salary to run the home, only that i don't like her being idle and useless for 6 hours daily.

women can never be idle. They are always busy either with the kids or african magic and house chores.

People in different state of this country will think that abuja is a place where power supply will be a bit stable than their own state but i tell u the reverse is the case. As most times, there is total blackout in the federal capital. Some places will not have light for more than 2-3 months, if there is light at all, it doesn't stay for long.

I can beat my chest and tell you that since almost 2 months now, there was no light in my area here in abuja. We had to rely on generating set to power our electrical appliances. Abuja is simply a home of generator because of epileptic power supply. I know some people from other areas are also experiencing the same thing. Light in abuja is very poor and should not be relied upon. You will have to get your own generator if you want to stay in abuja. Abuja will not be a place to stay if one of the reason you are going there is to enjoy light. Abuja is a place of darkness.

christians are not perfectly united in one mind and with one judgement. everyone follows his own view whether it conform with that of christ or not. if i speak A and u speak B, we are not one. we are speaking different thing hence not united. why can't Christians worship God under one body church? why denominationalism? why sectarianism? it makes other religion to see christians as confused people.

Jehovah witness said there is no hell fire, Redeem said that there is hell fire. wont someone listening to them be confused? it means that one of them have deviated from the words of christ thereby not following christ.
