I totally disagree with u, I can never rate him with dat score he is jst audio governor, he really perform below expectation.

He has done well in crisis management.

Education, not so bad.

Environmental, not so good, he can do better.

Social welfare is good. Salaries of public workers are paid on time, pensions and gratuities are being balanced up.

I would have scored him higher, but security is -1, not even 0. Minus one.

He's failed woefully in that aspect and I begin to wonder what is it with PDP and security issues in Oyo state.

Other than that, he's done well and can do better.

COMPAQ:
This is very likely a waste of money because all other things that need to be in place to support this are not in place, except you can tell me that:

- Lagos has a form of facial recognition software
- lagos has a comprehensive database of plate numbers and who the owners of these plate numbers are and where they reside ( most people use fake addresses for vehicle license and drivers license reg and even if correct have moved once or twice and addresses never updated)
- lagos has locations of all police vehicles on patrol via GPS and can immediately deploy from the control center to deal with any issue.
- that we even have a statewide or national emergency number that links directly to the control center.

You made a point, but i believe this is a good starting if good maintenance and sustainability is put in place. Rome was not built in a day.
