sir Omokemesi u have done well. Thank u for pointing out some of those questions asked by the patentees during the meeting. Meanwhile, i only said i thought those tha asked questions were four i don,t mean exact four. Omokemesi i also discovered that when comandclem boss reasured that he ll pay all patentees before this year some patentees at my side mummured 'na today'' don't u think some patentees are getting tired of all these issues. Finally, it was reported that the patentees were excited, but personally i did not observe much excitment from the patentees is personal opinion anyway |
@Omokemesi, thank u for your timely response to my post. I think it was about four patentees asked questions during the king visit but I was suprise that the king said nothing about a question asked by one of the patentees on why non of the Nigeria dailies report this supreme court case. |
@Tenfor, thank you so much, i can't advice any patentee to make further investment in comandclem. I was in Ibadan last two weeks to witness the King's visit but sincerely i was not satified with the King's answers to some questions raised by some patentees. And some other things that i would'nt want to say now. All i can say is that we keep praying. |
Rejoice not yet, or your joy will be temperal. We need to pray more |
All ll be well. Lets continue to pray for Comandclem and Nigeria. |
Now, i can state categorically here that it ll take divine intervention for CCNL to get a penny from Mobil this year. |
Whether or not CCNL ll collect her royalties from Mobil depends largely on 1. God who is the maker and controller of the universe 2. Nigerian Government which most likely may influence the judicial proceeding. This ll also decide whether or not to enforce whatever the supreme court come up with. 3. Supreme court judges. |
I sincerely want to advice some of the Comandclem marketing managers who goes about creating unnecessary tension to desist from it. You don't cajole people to make them believe that they ll get their money today or tomorrow whereas this case is yet to be heard in supreme court. This is not a good marketing strategy. |
A comandclem snr manager has sent me a most conveincing document to prove that CCNL truely has dragged Mobil to supreme court but this is not synonimous to payment of royalties by mobil. |
I spoke with one of the snr managers today and he promised to send some interesting information to me. Am still expecting! |
Please i want all patentees to logon to comandclemonlineforum.com and read up the post by 'atapko' on 05/03/12 there is a great revelation regarding all these supreme court issues. I think is time patentees ask some important questions. |
@Godsays, u are welcome. Is just that the site is not functioning as at now but lets hope it ll by wednesday. I must still add that we patentees ll continue to resist any form of misplaced information no matter the origin. |
For latest information, send your email address and ur name to Comandclem manager on 08060164775 or logon to www.comandclemonline.com on wednesday. God bless u |
I also hope we hear something good but u know this is not his first time of saying such a thing. This is why i kept saying the management of CCNL should do their work well instead of giving patentees false hope year in year out is better they come out real. We don't want to keep hoping and believing till eternity with unnecessary tension every now and then. |
@Godsays, u are welcome back to our great assembly but please help me tell the white man that ' Nigeria ll never become an animal kingdom so it remains a dream that can never materilise. Whether or not CCNL receive her royalties, Nigeria remains a great nation only time ll tell. |
Point of correction "don't expect any update here (NAIRALAND) from ANTI -CORROSIVE VANGUARD" because we ll still be updated accordinly from other well meaning patentees in this same assembly as long as this assembly exist. Thank u. |
Islam is a religion of violence. |
Obasanjo promised to pursue this cause to a conclusive end only if he finds any injustice in it. Does he find any? We need money for litigation but why are we buliding palace in Abuja and patentees house in Uyo? Can't we make do with what we have for now since we are expecting billions? To be contnue, |
Who knows, comandclem offices and the king's palace may be the target because we have so many unanswered questions. Anyone going to mobil to protest is doing it at his own risk. What is happening at the supreme court? Who opted for negotiation? Mobil or Comandclem. |
Human right activist my foot. After how many years but why cajoling patentees with fake promises? I think Comandclem should tell us what is really happening. At least this is not secret cult. We need to know where to carry our protest to. |
This is not time to threating anybody i invested high in CCNL and am ever ready to fight for CCNL whenever they are at right track bt employing ppl to tell us anything they feel like saying is totally unacceptable by the patentees. |
Am not expecting magic from anybody but what i hate with passion is deceit. I have said it here and i maintain my stand: CCNL IS NOT SAFE FOR FURTHER INVESTMENT. Except the turn of event proves otherwise. |
If supreme court could not make mobil file their case, protests and chants of war can not do it either i think is time we face the realities and device better means to pursue dis cause. Patentees are tired of same old stories year in year out. |
Is it now the duty of patentees to force Mobile to make their File in Supreme court? Even if patentees need to protest should it be to Mobil's offices? Why all these cock and bull stories? |
I have this question for Yusuf-akure. Is this information also from the king's palace? Is it the same Mobile managers that were on their kneel beging? A senior manager of CCNL just informed us lately that some things are happening in Abuja, that we should call back 2nd week of March that there ll be need for patentees to laugh. What really is going on? Why are these ppl contradicting themselves? |
Thank God for the patentees building in Uyo Akwa Ibom and the Kings palace under construction in Abuja but i think some of these money spent on these project would have been directed to the lingering litigation instead. |
@Banjo, thank u imensly for ur contributions here but please i would like ask: Comandclem said they ll close their door against registerations the moment they are sure of payment by mobil, but if we are dam sure as ur post suggest above, why is it that registerations are still on in various Comandclem offices uptill now? |
I had a discussion with a snr Manager in CCNL and i discovered a lot of variation from what he said and what is happening in one of their offices in south west i also discovered that Comandclem is working with some set of people who are after their personal gains. These are part of my concerns on the safety of our investment in Ccnl. |
@Omokemesi, thanks a lot sir. I ll share my reasons here as soon as i confirm them. |
Please my advice to all patentees is that nobody should make any further payment to Comandclem whether in form of levy or upgrading. I have my reasons. Thank u. |
