Please my advice to all patentees is that nobody should make any further payment to Comandclem whether in form of levy or upgrading. I have my reasons. Thank u.

What next? u asked. Just as a Comandclem manager was asked: what does Comandclem have in stock for patentees this year? He said: we ll be organising sub unit meetings for patentees to let them know how important it is to pay their N2000 levy. Very interesting.

Happy Carnival to CCNL. Mary Okon(a patentee) asked some questions to the might usefulman that permanently reside in King's Palace for about a week now and no geniue answer has been given after the coding of the question. Must all patentees follow u hook line and sinker is quit interesting that we are now at EFCC no longer supreme court, i think we also need to petition ICPC if possible Nigeria Police force and others. Can't we for once make this assembly more worthy of visit knowing fully well that all patentees are not fools. Happy carnival celebration once again to CCNL.

Of what relevant is all these to Marry Okon questions? Sometimes i keep wondering what some of the so called managers of Comandclem take patentees for. Maybe jobless element, that has no other duty than to stay on the internet 24hrs or keep their ears on radion every moment seeking information on comandclem. @ yusuf, If u have a reasonable answer u  give to the questions and stop beating about the bush.

@sureboy, thanks for the message of encouragement i also have some information at my disposal bt i still want to asked why the continous demand for the N2000 levy from the patentees if it is indeed over. I have paid mine for a very long time bt i still maintain dt the money should be a support levy and not a compulsory fee. Pls sir what is ur take on this? God bless u.

CCNL managers are not being sincere with the reality of things this is what am trying to point out. All Yusuf-akure has been working for is recognition now he is in pay roll of ccnl he should be satisfied. Thank God for Omokemesi he is a good example. The day a Ccnl manager said what is delaying the supreme court is the N2000 levy i knw something is wrong somewhere. He also said those who failed to pay ll have themeselves to blame. At a time some patentees are demanding for their money someone in his right senses is shouting N2000 levy. I make no sense at what Yusuf- Akure is posting here if not a ploy to get more ppl registered and pay the N2000. I reapt if u must go to equity u must have equity. This ll go a long way in determining  how far we ll go in supreme court.

How can we prove Saibuhari wrong that CCNL managers has not been trying to negotiate with him. Yusuf-Akure has severally denied dt he is not a staff of Ccnl how come sudden appointment. Could it be that the management traced him from this forum? If they traced Yusuf-Akure to give him an appointment to market Ccnl, Why would they not trace Saibuhari for negotiation if possible give me a job of liason Manager. I want comandclem to understand that 'he that goes to equity must have equity.

When i wanted to register as a patentee May 2010 I called Comandclem office for an enquiry they told me that registeration has closed that i ll pay extra charges for late registeration which i deed now registeration is still open for all. Two weeks ago a Snr Comandclem manager informed patentees that they should pay up their N2000 that there is a goodnews they want to pass to them toward november ending. The same manager that puplicly assured the whole patentees dt these whole senario will end this year. I dont expect magic from anybody but you mustn't appy suspicious means to get money from people. Why should a geniuely registered patentee blame himself for not paying a support levy even those that borrowed money to register as a patentee in the first place. Their website is back without any relevant information apart from Yusuf- Akure posts which I dont know where he belongs. I think the management of CCNL should come out straight and address some of these issues before they incure the wrath of the patentees.

I know very well that CCNL need money infact i have equally paid some amount as my own support levy but how could CCNL Officials be using some suspicious means to get money from the patentees even the so called Snr managers. We are not fools ofcourse i had always believed in CCNL but now i have a lot of doubt on the integrity of their management.

You must understand that we are not babes. Hw could one of the senior managers of CCNL say those who refuse to pay N2000 levy will have themselvs to blame. Nothing substantial about supreme court case all that matter now is N2000.

@ yusuf-akure, i have nothing to congurate u over. I ve always thaught you are and will remain just an independent patentee how do you expect people to believe what you are saying here. Does it mean that the king is busy looking for people that will market Ccnl. So there is still enough money to pay new staff when they are busy telling us that what is delaying commencement of supreme court hear is money. All u people keep asking patentees to do is to pay N2000. As if N2000 will perform the magic is very ridiculous.

@ Yusuf-Akure, thank u for ur contributions to this assembly. Am still confused on ur position, u have stated here several times that u are not a staff of CCNL how come ur recent post as a marketing manager of CCNL?

@Godsay, God bless u. I was planning to post on this same issue before ur post. I was suprise at the way and manner  at which on of the snr manager of CCNL was emphasysing the N2000 telling people that is compulsory that they pay and people shoul pay before it's too late. As if dt was part of the initial agreement. It should be a support levy and not a compulsory levy. How could he spent a whole 30mins on air talking about N2000 levy without any information of the supreme court case. I also want Yusuf Akure to come out straight. Is he just a patentee or a staff of CCNL what is all this jargons of HEARING DATE EXPLAINED. I rest my case for now.

@Omokemesi, i really appreciate what u re doing here but sir dont u think is time u suspend this issue of Saibuhari because to me the whole thing is becoming a childs play. People often logon to this assembly with the hope of accessing meaningful information on CCNL even if saibuhari has chosen to cause confusion here for whatever reason which is best known to him must we dance to his tunes.  saibuhari has contradicted himself several times here even when i was trying to make sense out of his posts. A right thinking person knows saibuhari is up to something else far from liberating the so called ignorants.

There is going to be a meeting with Prof Uwemedimoh on 29th Oct 2011 in Abeokuta. Venue is Abeokuta Grammar School Idi-Aba 12noon. All patentees within Abeokuta  and its environs are expected to be present. Its another opportunity to meet with the king one on one. God bless u all

Saibuhari is not an agent of any company he is also a patentee who is already geting frustrated with long range battle btw Mobil and CCNL. Very soon u ll all realize this. Well done Saibuhari, is just that sometimes u dont use the right approach to drive home ur points. I ll pay my own N2000 tomorrow morning. Pls Saibuhari dont forget to pay yours.

@Omokemesi, u are too much just take it easy with Saibuhari. For all the Patentees who have paid their N2000 support levy to Comandclem account. You are expected to take ur patentee receipt to the office where u registered with the N2000 bank teller where a new receipt will be issued to u with bracked indicating ur payment. Supreme Court is resuming this month. God bless u all

am not anyone's convert and ll neva be. I belive in Commandclem and her vision bt that does not mean dt i ll take everything hook line and sinker. OMOKEMESI, BANJO, AIRMARK u guys are doing a great job all am saying is that we should stop responding to abuses dt ll make the different even saibuhari have stated here dt CCNL is not a fake company he just doesnt get somethings clear just like other patentees out there. I must tell u there is a lot of misconception going on now this is more reasons we expect our dailies to publish these cases so dt ppl could get informed. Less than 20% of patentees have access to naira land.

Without any bias, Saibuhari has a point here. How i wish he and others continue this way and stop all the abuses. I wish someone clarify this if any court has found Mobil guilty of infrigement on ccnl patent right. We all know mobil is using our patent bt it must be evidently proved
