Case adjourned to Feb 23 2016. I was expecting Yusuf Akure and his partner in crime "Ajamu Sunday" to come here and give their usual fake update. The game is over for them, both them and their fake lawyers were booted out of the court premises yesterday. My advice to patentees is to forget about Comandclem and move on with their lives. Ofcourse all hope is not lost but is foolishness to put your eggs in one basket. The truth is that both the king family whom the supreme court recognise as the legitimate leader in Comandclem and the kangaro BOD formed by Ajamu Sunday wish the court refused to recognise, have made their millions from us patentees.

Ok, there was a drama concert today at the Supreme court which CCNL managers and their counsel was billed to feature. However, they were not allowed to perform becos they could not get their scene right. One counsel was to introduce each participant but CCNL group come up with two counsels at once. They were thereby disqulified and asked to try again on the 19th of October

And the drama continues

At the moment the fight is between the King's family and the CCNL managers consequnce of greedness, while Mobil and patentees watch. The money collected from patentees has been grossly mismanaged. They now go after themselves with police and charging each other to court and demanding a wooping 100million naira for damages, leaving the case with Mobil. Could this be karma or a case of a house divided against its self.

I had an opportunity of talking with a relation of King Uwemediho and he made some points very clear to me. 1.. There is a serious dispute between the family of the Late King and the so called Comandclem managers, which the formal claimed the managers mislead the King. 2.. The withdrawal of the case from the supreme court was done with a full consent of the King's family who believe that the King was old and could die anytime. 3.. The case is withdrawn and had remained withdrawn. 4.. The family had refused to recognise the kangaro board of directors which is formed by some greedy managers to continues to collect registeration money whereas The King family has warned them to stop any form of registeration since the winning of the case is no longer certain as the king is now late...... May The Lord deliver us from the hand of the wicked.

My brother I tire, the King died about three months ago and yet no official statement from the so called company managers, don't agree with me that something has gone wrong with CCNL for a long time. Even the king himself while alive was never very sincere with the patentees. They only tell us about criminality of Mobil what about The robbery going on in CCNL more than 80% of the aggregate investment went to individuals private pockets with the king getting the lion share.

Why has Comandclem managers kept mute over the death of the king without any official statement. Whatt kind of organisation is this? Why have they continued to talk about a dismissed case as though is still exist? Why can't nigerians be factual for once. @Justino76 you have failed to address the issue affecting the dissmissed case. Why are we talking about 7th Oct when we dont have any case at the supreme court at present, except the application for a restoration of the dissmissed case. We cannot continue to diseminate false information and keep giving patentees false hope. Many patentees have already got their mind on 7th Oct which have been a usual practice when the management already know that there nothing very spectacular about the date. As an investor in CCNL is being my prayer and remain my prayer that Comandclem win the case with Mobil and apparently get all the due royalties paid by Mobil. However, I cannot but see things with an objective eyes despite the fact that I want a return from my investment. CCNL are not very sincere with the patentees you and I know that if something is not urgently done to step up our approach to this legal battle it will continue to linger untill it ends up as a mere academic exercise.

There will be Public holiday on October 7th. So don't let anybody deceive you that there will be court seating that day. Beside, Comandclem case was dismissed on May 5 and remain dissmissed. comandclem have only applied for a restoration of her case which is yet to be granted. It was just Mobil cross appeal that was set for hearing on October 7th which is already affected by the eidir-kab public holiday which is set for 6 and 7th October. Beware of deceits.

This is a post some months ago especting hearing date from s/court. Here is the answer :- 05/05/2014. So for king to sell to mobil his right that he has been fighting almost 13 years ago in just less than 5 months to achieve long awaited dream could be liken to one who has been under a great ancestral spell and jinx of "you will not eat the milk of ur sweat to the full". Even if such is in place. It's broken now in Jesus name.

There we go again, please lets stop deceiving people with this 5th of May of a thing Supreme court of Nigeria is yet to fix any date to hear the case between Comandclem and Mobil. May 5 is the date to hear the motion on accelerated hearing whether to grant it or not. To put things straight for record purpose " yes Comandclem have a geniue case in supreme court" but brother, even the so called managers has lost hope on the case. They are out to make any thing they can now through any means including exploiting patentees since is becoming obvious to them that Mobil may never pay Comandclem. Don't ask me how do I know is crystal clear.

@Bajo, you said no comment an't you one of the marketing manager of Comandclem? This comandclem managers are more dubious and corrupt than Nigeria politicians. Yusuf has become a political analyst hoping to attract a politician to employ him so that he can continue his fabrications. Postirity will judge all of you.

The recent developments in Comandclem is a vindication to what I had repeteadly said here that the management of Comandclem is at the verge of collapsing. The ealier the patentees wake up to these realities the better or we get set to forfeit whatever stake or investment we have with Comandclem do not be deceived with this supreme court stories. There is a lot of wrong information going on which I was also a victim of. Supreme court only set May 5: not to commence hearing on the case between CCNL and Mobile, but to consider the file by comandclem on acceralated hearing. Do not be deceived no acceralated hearing has been granted yet so the end is not on sight.

Banjo, I still want to assume CCNL doesn't pay u as u made us believe ealier on this forum. Not like Yusuf who claim to render a selfless service but now a branch manager in CCNL all at no consideration.
Banjo, since u have direct access to the King kindly tell the King to suspend this I.D card of a thing for now and mobilise the team of his staff and resources toward collecting our royalties from Mobil and every other things will follow afterward.
Don't you think that patentees are begining to doubt the credibility of Comandclem management team? Some drastic steps have to be taking to address some of these lingering issues Otherswise, the King/comandclem might very soon discover that patentees are running out of patience. God bless Nigeria

Yusuf Akure is a farbricator. He said the King lunched the issuiance of I.D in Mapo Ibadan. May I remind Yusuf that Comandclem have been collecting money from patentees for this I.D months before the King came to Ibadan. He only encouraged the patentees to participate in the excercise. Let me ask Yusuf this question.
-How many coporate body(s) has ever demanded payment from her stakeholders before giving them I.D?
- why is the issuing of I.D paramont to comandclem instead of devoting time and energy on the case with Mobil which has lingered for years?
- what happened to the receipts and patentees no given to all patentees as an evidence of geniue patentees, is that not enough to compute a data base pending the time supreme court decides on this case?
- In the case where is necessary that patentees gets I.D what happens to the passports summitted during registeration and all the money paid?
- Why would comandclem continue to device means of collecting more money from patentees if you are not sure of this case come out straight to the patentees.
My submission, I want to announce to all well meaning patentees to resist any attempt by anyone to exploit them by any disguise henceforth. Untill the tell us why they are fighting themselves and what the have done with the millions of naira collected thus far.

Comandclem managers are busy fighting over who gets wooping I.D card contract instead of pursuing the case at the supreme court to the conclusive end. A talk with some of these managers shows they are not ready to wait for any royalty from Mobil as a matter of fact all they are after now is how much they make from patentees. Patentees, I have discoverd that this I.D card thing is never the King's idea but just one of the dubious means employed by this so called manager to make whatever they can make from the patentees incase the supreme court case does not favour CCNL.

Dear patentees, Am begining to suspect that all is not well with Comandclem. Pastor Salami one of the senior managers of Comandclem is dismissed from the company. I got this message from him.
"Am no longer in CCNL coz i refused RV Soyemi,Ayeni,Baba Soja 2 produce I.D, dey ganged wit Ajamu,Kehinde & Sunday,in colectn of dismisal leta witout my consent.
Please fellow patentees is time we ask qustions.
- What exactly is happening within the management of this company?
- Don't you think this people are looking for ways of making money from patentees for their personal gratifications, since is becoming difficult for them to get any from Mobil?
- Who exactly is this Yusuf Akure that have be deceiving people with old and irrerevant information?
- How long can we still wait for this matter to be resolved?

To my best knowledge Mobil is expected to file their reply within 8weeks after the last sitting at the Supreme court. I think 8weeks lapse last week and Mobil is yet to file a reply. Is all delay tactics.

saibuhari: Is any resonable person still in doubt about the fraud called comandclem? If yes, that person must be real dumb. No court in Nigeria, US or anywhere on earth be it International Court of Justice, Ecowas Court, etc, can give judgment in favour of that fraud called comandclem. Not even courts hereafter. Gbam! Watch it you may be fighting with your maker.
