Please can someone help me on how can i change some money here to dollar apart from using the black money prize? I bank with UBA. I want to attend a three days Conference at Ethiopia but am stranded. If Try buying in black market, i wont have enough to attend the conference. So what are your suggestions? Should I go to the UBA bank and tell them about my Conference?
