Femizi:You could check out Prodigy Finance. They offer loans to international students. You didn't mention the course you applied for but you can try and see if your course can be funded. |
Does anyone have a clue on how to reach IOM? I've sent an email yet no response on how I can register for my TB test. |
bisi16:Thanks. Booking is on the TLS website right? |
Good day. I don't know if this question is stupid but I just received my CAS and I just so swamped at what to do. Should I get the TB test first before I apply for a visa or should I just apply directly for a visa. I'll really appreciate any help I can get with the breakdown on applying for a visa. |

Please how do I know if I have up to 24 ects for a course. This thing is confusing since there are so many opinions and I'm not sure which is right. I'm planning on studying a course in economic policy for Global Transition and it requires that I should have had again least 24 ects in Economics. I've done four Economics courses in uni, thrre being 3 unit courses and one being a 4 unit course. How do I convert this to know how many ects I have. Thanks for the response. |
Please guys, I'm still in need of help with the ects thing. I'm reading up that 1.5 ects = 1 Nigerian credit. Does that mean the 3 Nigerian credit = 4.5 ects. Thanks, I'll be awaiting anyone's answers |
Freemanlion:Please, is this the right thing to do. Also confused as well. |
Please guys, how does one convert their Nigerian credit to ECTS. I understand that 30 ects = 1 semester and so on, but I'm just too confused as I read 1 credit unit = 1.5 ects. Please can anyone who has gone through converting please explain. I think it will be beneficial since there are a lot of different opinions and I'm not getting the best result out of Google. Thanks |
Does anyone have any idea of what the course validation thing and ECTS mean? I have read up on it but it seems so confusing. Will appreciate any help I can get. Thanks |

Pharovo:Okay, that's good. Have you thought about "Suya Business" but with a unique twist. You know Suya is just something we all by at night so as to relax. So why don't you start a different suya joint. You can start by making a new ingredient that can taste different from how normal suya tastes. I'll give you some steps: 1. First of all go to the suya mallam and try convincing him you want to try out something new with his suya which you can be sure would bring him much profit/customers. 2. Second buy some barbecue sauce or sweet hot sauce which the mallam can use in preparing his suya to give the chicken or meat or unique taste. Extra prpration with a good sauce can make any suya stand out from others 3. So as to add more money or gains, you can add a side which could be either yam or potatoes (sweet or irish) to go with the sweet suya meat. The bad drop of all of this is if the mallam doesn't agree but if you are willing I know you can convince them. The barbecue sauce shouldn't be more than N2000. You have to remember, businesses have a high risk of failing but Gd willing and hard work I believe this business will be profitable.
