If Awo and MKO could be handled, who is Tinubu?

Let events play out before you draw conclusions, else like OBJ's letter you wouldn't see it coming until it gobsmacks you right in the face.

Lol, Awo and MKO were handled by who?, without no external interference it would have been extremely difficult by any local machinery to have tamed those two enigmas. Although, end of the day, Yorubas still had their way.

Tinubu saw a need to rid Gej of power using a latent tsunami ( Buhari ).
Bear in mind that Obj and Tinubu never had been in the same camp prior the 2015 election. After Tinubu was done with the process, he sought Obj's approval of which he obliged, referring to Buhari as the lesser of the two evils, a converted democrat. Buhari's antecedent reverberated so much as given him a chance became imperative.
Tinubu's bloc or not, FFK, Fayose & co launched series of scathing remarks towards the Northern elders & no shiit happened.
I think you're being misinformed that Wike out maneuvered the SW. Aside the fact that SW PDP was a house divided against itself, Fayose & Wike had it all covered. ( remember the list was uncovered before voting begun ).

Obj is an elder statesman, not a member of his party, so why should he summon him?

Tinubu and Akande are both national leaders of his party, he therefore needs their assurances to allay his fears.
Tinubu has as much leverage over them due to the fact that they are equally corrupt and politically exposed.
