Puig staying and establishing himself all depends on Koeman. I'm not even saying you guys should sell him sef, but loan at least. Not only will he get game time, but he'll also gain matchday experiences. That might even give Koeman rethink and to force him into his plans coming into the following season

You can imagine even young Puig( at 22 yrs) couldn't make the cut for the Olympic squad. Even people inferior than him made the squad but he couldn't. If he continues like this and Koeman still deny him minutes, he'll las las be forced to be sold away from barca which is what he is avoiding.

If Pedri didn't participate in Olympic games, he would definitely have participated in the preseason. So how is playing at the olympics any different from taking part in preseason, apart from maybe flying halfway across the world to Toyko. Yes, preseason could be like 45-60mi howns of play but it still boils down to fitness. In each, you have to train hard and be fit to play it.

Lets not over-flog this Pedri resting or not resting issues.

Resting consist of sleeping well each day and generally taking good care of yourself. No late night parties etc. If Pedri sleeps well and dont party like dt, he will be fine.
