If we get 2 high rated players and 4 second class rated players... Believing Messi stays, thus it's 3 high rated players plus the other 4 second rated players... Not just any how player o, at least the player must have proven to be good, at least.... Also hoping Ansu Fati gets back plus the likes of DeJong, Sergio Busquets... We are talking of a good starting eleven here.

Then to spice it up... We get a good coach, that can make the second rated players do more.

The question is if you want Ronald Koeman sacked, you have to be able to suggest a viable and realistic alternative otherwise we would find ourselves hiring and firing every single summer. We need consistency to be able to achieve success. It is not often that you see a coach that comes to a club and wins it all in his first season. Our years of difficulties in European competition or facing big clubs, cannot disappear over night.
Zidane might have appeared a hit in his first season but if you studied the ground well, you will realize that Mourinho and Ancelloti laid the solid foundation that allowed Zidane to thrive.
We don't have this solid ground yet, so it might take a bit of time to build. Hiring and firing every single season will make the matter even worse. Each coach brings there fantastic idea and we could be caught in a weird vicious cycle.

Koeman has shown lots of faith to young players. We need to support him especially if better alternatives like Hans Flick or Kloop or Guardiola are not readily available.
Even Kloop struggled in his first season until he was able to build some foundation.

I still think we have more of players problem than coaching problem. Lots of our players are below industry average, playing a very low level. Only a handful one or two can start for a club like Chelsea or ManCity. That's unacceptable for a club of our size and reputation.

A good coach will bring out the best in an average player... Trust me.

We need a good coach period, it's now up to Laporte to work this out for the betterment of the club.. that was why he was elected.

If the club completes a daring revolution such as selling players like Pique, Alba, Coutinho, Grezimann, Dembele, Braithwaite, Pjanic, Umititi, Junior Firpo, Sergi Roberto, then we can allow Koeman to stay and implement his plans for the club.
