The Nigerian Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, has approved the release of THE 2021 NCEE result for admission into Junior Secondary School at the 110 Federal Government Colleges in the country. Confirm your Admission Status for the 2021 NCEE HERE Barely three days after the receipt of the results of the NCEE for admission into the country's 110 Unity Colleges, the Federal Ministry of Education has released the first batch of merit-based admission into Unity Colleges in line with the directives of Education Minister, Adamu Adamu. Candidates are hereby advised to check their admission list or admission status online via the Federal Minsitry of Education (FME) portal (fmeposting.com.ng). A total of 76,855 candidates sat for the NCEE exam in June, 2021. “Acting Registrar of NECO, Ogborodi, said the conduct of the examination was smooth and hitch-free in all the 417 examination centres across the country.” Below is the breakdown of the number of candidates that sat for the examination: The highest state in the examination was Lagos with 21,423 candidates. Second highest was FCT with 8674 candidates; Third largest was Anambra with 5,738 candidates. Fourth largest was Zamfara with 4,865; Taraba state has the least registered number of candidates i.e 113 candidates. The total number of female candidates that registered for the examination were 39,555 while a total of 37,300 male candidates registered for the examination. |
