I have always heard this negative emotion expressed about motivational speakers. I found out that many people don't want to attend seminars organized to motivate people anymore. Someone told me that 'motivational speakers don't practice what they teach' because of that she doesn't like attending their seminars. Where Do You Belong?

The diagram above is called the cashflow quadrant. It describes the different people in the business world. Anyone who cares about securing his financial future needs to understand each quadrant. They are also different vehicles that can be use to get to one’s financial goals.
Employees
• To be a better employee, go to school and get a good grade. In fact, the school system programs us to be employees.
• Linear income – A linear income is an income that varies directly with effort. If your effort stops, your income stops. Income that depends on your single effort does not create wealth. It only makes you a living.
• No quality time for family and for personal and spiritual development. The time spent at work and on traffic does not leave time for other important things of life.
• Job is not willable. Why spend all your active years on something you cannot will to your children? Start minding your own business; you don’t have to quit your job immediately.
• Job security is now a thing of the past. Technological advancement, mergers and acquisition, monetization, reconstruction, etc often claim jobs.
• Income from employment has no tax advantage.
Self-employed/small business owners
• They believe if you must do it right, you must do it yourself.
• They are usually the smartest in the business. The business survival depends on their physical presence and effort.
• Their major challenge is lack of capital.
• Competition also contributes negatively to their survival.
• Very few small businesses survive their first five years.
Both ‘E’ and ‘S’ quadrants are poor plan for financial success. They have little or no leverage. Leverage is the ability to do more with less. Using the concept of leverage, you can earn more and work less.
Fear and financial ignorance make millions of people remain in the ‘E’ and ‘S’ quadrants.
Business owners
• They work hard to build systems or networks. They have people work in their systems or networks. They have leverage on the time and effort of the people working in the systems or networks. It is the collective efforts that create wealth.
• Residual income – A residual income is an income that keeps recurring long after the effort that generates it has stopped. It is income while you sleep, travel, eat, play, etc.
• They have tax advantage.
• They are the major player in the ‘I’ quadrant.
• Time freedom and financial freedom.
• The Government want to be their partner as they help create jobs.
Some Qualities of the Business Owners
• They don’t worry too much about what might never happen.
• They possess the ability to have delay gratification.
• They believe failure is an integral part of success.
• They possess people skills.
• They take calculated risk.
• They do their due diligence.
Investors
• They have money work for them. They leverage on paper assets (e.g. stocks, bonds, mutual funds) and real estate.
• They possess all the qualities of the business owners.
• Just like the business owners, they have unlimited income potential.

ACNE/PIMPLES (Eruption of pimples on the face, chest, or back)
Acne affects millions of people. It isn't just teenagers who have to contend with it, but many adults as well. Even though it is very common, it can often be quite embarrassing and can greatly affect a person's self-esteem and enjoyment of life. Even when the acne has gone, scarring can leave a permanent mark. There is a huge market for acne treatments. Fortunately, there are many treatments available today that can treat both acne and its scars.
What is acne? What are the different types of acne?
Acne happens when oil (sebaceous) glands come to life around puberty, when these glands are stimulated by male hormones that are produced in the adrenal glands of both boys and girls.
The oil glands, which are located just beneath the skin, continuously produce and secrete oil through openings in the skin. The oil lubricates and protects the skin. Under certain circumstances, cells that are close to the openings of the oil glands block the openings. This causes a buildup of oil underneath the skin.
Bacteria, which live in everyone's skin but generally mind their own business, feast on this oil, multiply, and cause the surrounding tissues to become inflamed.
If the inflammation is right near the surface, you get a pustule; if it's deeper, a papule (pimple); deeper still and it's a cyst. If the oil breaks though to the surface, the result is a " whitehead." If the oil becomes oxidized (that is, acted on by oxygen in the air), the oil changes from white to black, and the result is a "blackhead."
Causes and remedies of acne
It is the male hormone, testosterone, which stimulates the production of the sebaceous glands in times of stress. This is why people often develop acne when under stress. Meat (including poultry) contains hormones and hormone-like substances which can affect the hormonal balance in the body. Beauticians have reported that women who regularly eat meat are more likely to suffer from acne and hirsuitism which they put down to the steroids and hormone levels in the meat.
Research published in the Journal of American Academy of Dermatology has shown that Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) can help hormonal imbalances that lead to acne. In fact, people with hormonal related acne have been shown to have deficiencies of EFA's . It is therefore well worth ensuring that the diet contains plenty of the EFA's.
Vitamin A is necessary for the maintenance of healthy skin and hormonal balance. Research has confirmed that people with severe acne typically have low levels of vitamin A in their blood. There are several reports of adolescent women with imbalanced hormonal function and consequent acne who were 'cured' of acne within a few weeks after taking vitamin A supplements. In one case, even the scars left from the acne disappeared. After two weeks of vitamin A supplementation, the patient noted no new eruptions for the first time in five years. The regime was so effective that there was no need for conventional medical treatment for the removal of scars. Another patient also reported that her face cleared up within one month of taking vitamin A, vitamin E.
Some factors that don't usually cause acne, at least by themselves:
Heredity, food (chocolate, fried food, junk food), stress, hormones (pregnancy has a variable effect on acne), cosmetics (water-based or oil-free cosmetic are a better choice), drugs (medications containing iodides, bromides, or oral or injected steroids), occupations (in some jobs, exposure to industrial products like cutting oils may produce acne).
