I would say probably the teachers are not adequately paid which then resulted to dereliction of duty. However, teaching was a passion for many teachers in the 80s when we were in school. But what do we get these days? We get teachers who are unable to construct a proper sentence. We get all Toms, Dicks and Harrys becoming teachers because of lack of jobs. People that should be farmers are now teachers. What do we expect from them?

I can attest to the fact that prisoners do have access to phones inside their prison cells. A friend once told me his dad was there sometimes ago and he did call many times with a payphone operated by the Marshall (Cell President).
