Ruling in the suit, filed by the party, Justice Muhammed N. Yunusa also ordered the SSS and the Nigeria Police to appear and to produce in court on Friday, Chinedu Atuche, Fayemi Olaposi, Chika Augustine Onuchukwu, Ebun Ilori and Esther Enemuwe, members of staff of the APC Data Centre

They have been held without cause or a formal charge since last Saturday’s raid by the SSS on the office at No. 10, Bola Ajibola Street, off Allen Avenue, in Ikeja.

The judiciary have not beenn so helpful to our democracy in a situation line this I expected expedicious judgement but instead of us to look at this area we focus in the executive expecially the presidency.

Oga mi, did you do anything in school regarding basic law? I will find it very difficult explaining this to you if you did not. I can also tell you are not a layer, if you were, you won't maintain the position you have in this case.
It was ultra vires ab initio for the IGP to withdraw his security without a court rulling and therefore the act should be considered illegal and abrogated.
Normally if Nigeria was a country of law and order, he remains the speaker until the court says otherwise. I guess anything goes here, so the IGP can do whatever he likes. BTW, I am not getting paid for this so...whatever wants to happen should happen.

He is very wrong. Actually the fact that the case is still in court implies that everyone should maintain status quo pending the determination of the case. Status quo in this case being that he remains the speaker until the courts say otherwise. Except he is claiming that he has already seen the ruling.
