No, 2m is not enough. How much money he needs depends on where you are studying. You must have either:

£845 ×9months for courses in London
£680 ×9months for courses outside London

To get the Naira value, use the Oando (https://www.oanda.com/currency-converter/en/?from=GBP&to=NGN&amount=1) exchange rate at the day you apply for the visa..

This is exactly in line with my findings using Google, checking different sources until I stumbled on UKVI law that confirms it as shown below:

The Immigration Rules Appendix T: tuberculosis screening state that, “Any person applying to enter the UK as described in paragraph A39, Part 1 General Provisions of the Immigration Rules, must present at the time of application a valid medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner approved by the Secretary of State …”

Write a cover letter explaining the mistake...stating clearly the correct arrangement according to her International Passport...Go with the letter on Friday, you will pay for assisted service to help you upload it to your application. Check the fee for assisted service on TLS website
