Artistically has dealt with d issue ..so I wud jus add d icing to d cake.. Dress coporate n b audible when speaking. Also use gesticulations ,as well as illustrations(use d whiteboard ,don't just write only topic n date). For d oral , smile a lot, b at ease, any question u don't understand ,try not to gamble it ..jus ask the interviewers to rephrase the question(there is no harm in dat).. Okay .best of luck

There r a lotta schools around ipaja dat may offer accomodation but d tin is are the working conditions in d school okay??
Bosslady omawunmi mentioned dee unique..abeg that place is a hard factory..they pay well sha o. But I don't advice anyone to go there. Don't know abt their ikeja branch but d ipaja branch isn't somewhere I wud advice a friend to apply.
Soundhope schools may also give accomodation but they often owe their teachers like crazy..
Towergate may also offer accomodation but they too don't pay well and the way teachers dey run leave dat school leaves question mark in my mind..
Marigold also offers tho the pay isn't really good ,I heard d working conditions are okay.
Topmost has fallen seriously so I won't advise there either..
Ferscoat I think also offers if you negotiate it, (I am not too sure tho) but someone from d whatsapp group said the sch isn't okay..
Let me put brakes on here.

He said he will give me the pack for which he requested 11k + 9k for accreditation. When I met him to show me the pack, it was photocopied sheets of paper (I could see traces of photocopier ink on the edges of the booklet). I excused myself and decided to search here.

Glad to announce that I've officially signed a new transfer contract with Caleb Intl Schools.

It was quite challenging though, their aptitude test is superb! If not for the "gragra" I put up during the interview and micro-teaching, it would have been a different story alltogether.
If you don't have it, fake it! Confidence is very key when it comes to interviews.
Though the pay is just a few tens of thousand above what I currently earn, I like their welfare package and other perks.
So patiently awaiting the new session! Wish me well guys.

@upload, are you aware that some have their exams On the said date for the party, can't the party be shifted. Haven't you seen the momentum the thread has gathered in the past few weeks? I think the publicity was also low.... Yes, it is a global village the world has become..... So, why disband the WhatsApp group? How do we network, connect and cross zones when the medium to do so is been disbanded?

Feed back on krisbethel school:::Wrote there test on Monday and micro teaching same day....d micro teaching were supervised by univ. lecturers.....passed ,did interview d next day....but da pay ain't worth it @ all....imagine saying d highest dey can pay is 38k....declined it sha....but d skuul building is good....

My ogas Upload111 and Artisticallyart, I was at the school today. The test took up to 4hrs and comprised Current Affairs, Basic Science and Maths as well as English. I was quite different from what I expected. I hope to be selected for the next phase. Many thanks for you words of encouragement. God bless!

I attended the written interview at SUNSHINE Ibadan today. Questions were set on English, maths, current affairs, teaching techniques, and based on individual's subject area. We're also asked to write lesson note on a topic in our subject area.
I've done my best and I'm expecting a call or msg from them soon.

Pls i need to know how to put my cv and cover lettter on my phone for easy uploading into online job website. Though i have it in my e-mail but is not opening on my phone(android p5+). Someone helped me to to download d cv from desktop -ms word to my phone, stil refused to open. I can only send from my e mail to other e mails but wl not open outside the e mail. I could nt apply for the last coca cola online advert till it closed on Aug 11.
Just want to b avoiding d stress of going to cafe for every simple online application. Pls need your help.

There are many applications u can use.. Download microsoft office for mobile phones or smart office or better still if you have google store app on ur fone , go there n type in word docs or word documents and it would bring up diff apps u can download for use..

Read the reviews and summary of each app so u wud knw d best one to download

I needed a job in ilorin and on Monday I dusted my bata and bought envelope and higher note, in short I visited four schools.
I got an invite from one and I NAILED the interview on Tuesday. got the job even ON MY OWN TERMS

Due to the low response of people towards the long awaited get -together,, I believe it would be in best interest to call off the get-together party.. I want to thank all for ur joining the group and for your contributions..

This party is actually much more dan jus party...
I am sure a lot of us wud like to see each other face to face..I for one wud sure like to meet "funmi n wunmi" .and like wise other peeps too like golden dr, peter etc.. I have met a few and it has been a vry nice experience....
...But aside jus meeting each other, N eating n drinking.,we get to network. The world is turning a global village n u need network to cross some zones atimes..
Some of the peeps here were once teachers whom started as low as 15k or less but today they earn quite high.. U wud get to learn from them ,,hear their stories n know d pathway to better schools..
...Some here also were once teachers too n have ported away from teaching field n moved unto others fields n are earing really good too..u get to meet these peeps ,hear their stories n learn.. N also find d pathway to port to other fields..(That's if u want sha o *winks*)..
There would also b mini seminars relating to cv reviews,, how to answer questions at interviews,, how to act, dress,.speak etc during interviews,..
I have all ur(people on d chat-group) emails n I have already asked permit to share them amongst all dat comes to the party so dat we may reamin in contact evn after dat day. So if any vacancy pops up amongst any of our schools we can inform each other asap..
We are inviting school owners too so people can come along with their resumees..This and many more we stand to gain.

Bros they are very real..the present job I have now.I got it from this very thread and I applied although the thread isn't what it used to be back then when "eremy" was the only one posting vacancies. Now there are a lot of fake vacancies being posted here. My advice is ,hav ur cv reviewed and back ur hustle up with prayer. U wud get a good one.
