Good afternoon fam...Av been using this iGraan app since I got my z10 but recently there was a new update and while I tried to run the update it finished downloading but wouldn't install. It just keeps saying error while installing and I can't uninstall the app totally to re-download it cos emmm...it's already faint (like in the picture below). Please help me out. How do I uninstall the app. Thank you

remove the ba3 and put it back, when the fone comes on, the igraan app wont be faint, then you can uninstall it

lol, av finally done it jare, I used bblink to reload the os, I did it in the midnite, to avoid obstruction of network. The fone is up and running. Thanks bro...I appreciate

And true, uppa, what were you extracting with?

I used 7zip and I also used winrar.....it says headers error, wish I could get someone in lag with the autoloader.....

pls I nid autoloader 10.3.2 for z10 stl 100-1, the fone has bberror0015, tried using blackberry link, bt it always encounter internet error connection issues, av wasted data, downloaded 3 diff autoloaders bt couldnt extract, it gives headers error. can anyone help in fixing the error or help with a gud link for the autoloader. thanks.

You definitely don't know me....i'm a fan of the BlackBerry concept not just the OS. I have been using BlackBerry, iOS and android for many years. Enough time to compare them dispassionately

Pound for pound BlackBerry 10 is the best mobile OS and if Steve jobs or Google had been the owners, they would have killed off iOS and android OS in exchange for this OS and the story of the mobile world would be so much different

I, just like everybody who truly understand the OS hate the inability of the company to market and position the OS properly to get app developers on board. The company left the turn around too late and the world moved on

the thing is there are some certain things one nids to understand, the moment you miss it, nothing can be done abt it. it amazes me wen some peeps compares android os, with bb10, it's incomparable, is it the security, fluidity of the os, or the push mail facilities? this are the strong point of a device.........bb10 has it all, bt not every one can know dis, except those that have the technical knowledge abt it

the truth is Blackberry 10 isnt for every tom, dick and harry, it's a technical device, so nt everyone is cut out for bb10.......av been using mine for over a year, I use a z30 and on the latest os 10.3.2, and av neva encounter any issue wit my fone. anoda problem with bb10 is dat some of the user buy used fones, it possible that they bought defective device, so I beg to disagree with your theory of "Everybody is dumping blackberry"

I launched the call icon and swiped down, there I found the call settings and viola!! I had it rectified.

from your home screen, click on the call icon, then you will see dis dotted line on the lower right side of your screen, click on it and click on setting. then you click own show my number then you allow your number to appear when calling. hope it helps

Please explain how you can use the night plan during the day

this is the trick, day plan is from 6:01am - 9pm, while nite plan is from 9pm - 6am....., to use the nite data during the day, you will nid to activate your airplane mode around 5:50am and immediately de-activate and let your network become active b4 6am, all the data you will use during the day will b deducted from your nite plan, except you experience network glitch which will take you back to your day plan.

Doesn't browse most of the time. Just very frustrating!!!
I think it's just time to switch back to MTN just that it's only 1.5gb for day, but I think mtn is still the best.
Or anybody with a contrary opinion?

the thing abt glo service is location, some areas experience great service while some areas network coverage is poor, I use mtn 4.5gb plan......and I can use the nite plan during the day
