Even the amazon app that's pre-installed on it does that too. Once I click on the app to open, it closes back immediately.

The phone is asking me to update my OS version. Could it be because of this?

if you have an os version asking for upgrade, I will advice you upgrade n lets see if dat will resolve it. you can also try to install snap to download android apps

not all android apps works on bb10, what OS version is your fone on, if you are on 10.3, then some of the apps shld work

open BlackBerry world, swipe down and click on settings, then click on network and data limit, uncheck the "use wifi only" option and try downloading, it will work

Hello people,since updating the latest twitter app on my Z10,i can't swipe anymore or see "Trending ","discover"..

with the latest update, dat function has been removed from twitter. that is why it's advisable to read the reviews b4 updating the apps.

once your have internet access on your laptop, the bblink will reload your os

I had a similar situation sometimes ago wen both my Twitter n BBM went abt displaying blank after an update I made.

I didn't update any app. the BlackBerry network comes up sometimes and disappears again.

Hello, I made a terrible mistake some minutes ago. Normally before I update any app on my BlackBerry Q5, I check the reviews to see what others have to say before I update. I don't know why I didn't check before updating my facebook. It was after updating that I found out that I can't get notifications on the hub and the app is now a Web version. Please is there a way to downgrade? I have gone online but can't get any help. Please anyone that knows how I can get the old facebook back should please help. Thanks.

you cant get the old facebook back, you can download face 10 by nemory studio on blackberry appworld. the only thing is dat you nid to buy the pro version after the 2days trial version they give expires for $2.99

google BlackBerry link to download, it's abt 125mb or so.....install it on your pc, once it's installed, open bblink n connect your z10, if it detects it, you should see the “Reload Device Software” tab
at the top of screen. Click on it and follow the
directions to complete the reload. you will nid about 1.5gig to complete the process, your internet connect must be strong n stable, dont disconnect your device till the process is complete

you will nid a pc, with blackberry link and a strong internet connection. the blackberry link will be installed on the pc

av you tried removing the ba3 and replacing it back, av you tried charging it as well, if uve tried the above and it's still the same issue, I advise you reload the os!
