What a lie.. failed Nigeria media . I called village last night after I read this news here on nairaland and I called different person again this morning but I was told that it wasn't boko group. Infact it wasn't any explosion at all . Why must they approve all those stress for driving licence time are money and this kind of things need to be done in a smart way. Many people do not have such free time from their working place to wast . Because this age time of technology have to be even faster than old way because computer can make it easier than before. If one can get international passport in couple of days why FRSS can't do theirs same way . I know the price is not the issue for Nigerians but the time wasting and stress behinds it .
