I was with an IT staff of ECOWAS this morning and sought to know why the delay in the release of successful candidates names. He confirmed to me that screening of qualified candidates is on but can't tell when they will send invitations. He stress that though some VIP have influence but has a strict limit but generally, is merit base. He again told me that successful candidates will be subjected to Computer competency test, written test and orals which may last for a week . That currently, interview is on for foreign applicants for a particular advertisements not ours and that it's ECOWAS that arrange for their TP, accommodation and feeding. Sahara rejokers can authoritatively reports that the DPR recruitment has been hijacked by strong cabals within the inner circle of prosedential billa. The cabals have cornered the slots and divide it into three (3) arms for distribution within themselves. The first arm known as Application portal closed to be distributed to the executive, Portal Accessible to the legislature and Object moved to the judiciary.

Evening all.
1. If your status is at "moved", that means your profile and application has been placed on for validation, enquiry and checking.
2. If your status is at "closed" , that means your profile and application have been moved to the next stage and you passed the test.
So expect an email and message for invitation for interview.
3. If you can still access your profile and you are still able to edit, that means you are still yet checked for recruiting and it will be very soon.

NOTE: All participants will be sent mails and messages this weekend or very early on Monday at most.

From your confirmation that all closed portal have passed the test, then it means almost all the people that sat for the test would be invited for the interview because majority of people are having portal closed!even those people that were not invited for the test. Please extrapolate.

IF GOD SAY THIS DPR JOB IS YOURS, YOU WILL SURELY GET IT WHETHER PORTAL CLOSED, MOVED OR PORTAL OPEN AND IF YOU DON'T CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE BEST. AS SOMEONE ALREADY POINTED OUT, THERE ARE MANY PLACES TO WORK LIKE DPR OR EVEN BETTER. WE CANNOT ALL WORK IN DPR. From my imagination:

Application Portal Closed- means: Those candidates waiting for invite. But not all applicants, only those that scale through.

Object Moved- means: Work has been concluded on their portal, waiting for the admin to closed it i.e the last stage.


Portal Accessible - Work is still going on their portal before moving it to stage 2 i.e Object Moved.

I have no qualms with mistakes and not being perfect. Nobody is.

What i take offence with is some loud-mouthed buffoon coming on a public site and stating categorically that "anybody with object moved did not make it to the next stage". People think stupid people can only harm themselves but that's not true. By making dumb statements and coloring it as facts, they can also harm others and I'm not referring to just the topic of recruitment

If your profile is editable at this stage, it denotes that you were successful in your test and have been shortlisted for interview.

You may wish to add and include relevant documents and credentials for update before final processing is completed. You will receive notice on this later just as how we know our test status before official statement from DPR.

This is not true. I do not think any recruitment agency will delay sending result for more than a month. They usually send results within 2 - 5 business days especially when it's an online test

They could also post you to Owerri, PH, Kaduna, Warri, Ibadan, Calabar etc Its all at their discretion

You are already planning accommodation when you haven't even been given the job, not to talk of knowing which state you'll be posted to . I admire your faith sha. Anyways, rent in V.I is like from 1.8M upwards; fully furnished, serviced etc can cost like 4/5M. An alright place in surulere is from N600k. Yaba/Ebute Metta is slightly cheaper than Surulere and also not to far from V.I. You can also consider the lekki/ajah axis.

Bear this in mind tho, if you are posted to some offshore facility or some other location in Lagos your proximity to the DPR office in VI would be of no consequence since your daily commute wont be to there.

Please can they post me to Abuja? Because my family members are there.
