Chumachu: Yeah, if in the short term like few months, hold naira. I see naira appreciating soon due to fo-rex influx from those in diaspora this festive season but might depreciate again next year
But long term, a year and above and you are certain you won't use the money soon, protect your savings against inflation and save in dollars.
The dollar has proven to be a strong store of value. Alright, thanks alot |

Chumachu: How to save in dollars with PIGGYVEST.
1) following your registration and linking your BVN.
2) transfer naira to your account. You will receive a unique provides account number. You can also credit your naira account with your debit card.
3) click on flex dollar.
4) click on save in dollars.
5) type in the amount you want to save and a naira equivalent will be shown to you. E.g you want to save 10000 dollars, you type in the amount and it will show you that you need to transfer 4.8 million naira as this is today’s conversion rate (480/$) to buy the dollar.
6) select a funding source either your flex naira or debit card. Follow the promo and it is done.
7) you get an interest rate of about 4 to 6% a year. This is way better than the Dollar dormiciliary accounts wishing are current accounts with no interest rates.
Only disadvantage is you can’t receive dollars with it, only transfer. It seems the pay to bank option has been paused for now. And if you convert to naira, you might convert at a lower rate than you bought it. However if you leave it long term, the naira is known to devalue against the dollar most times.
I am yet to use the transfer option but I hope someone here has used it. Hi, thanks a lot for this. Please between buying dollar on piggyvest and buying usdt on binance which is more preferable and would advice someone goes for?. Thanks. And do you think buying dollar noe at the rate of 480/$ is a good investment?. What if the dollar price falls |

ChiefOlabowla: ....So I got this real estate geo domain name for Austin,Tx around November last year. 1. ED picked 2. With over 7 outbounds e-mails sent to over 50 mails, yet not a single reply. 3. Even reduced price to $100 when I needed cash urgently still not a single reply. 4. Followed a lead on Twitter who ended up following me and he has never said a word or showed any interest in my sales offers. 5. Epik sent me severals mail to renew but I kinda dragged my feet to renew it 6. A sudden feeling struck me to renew it and I did for 2 year period on Epik 7. I was surprised to find out yesterday that Godaddy, Dynadot, and Name Cheap have all tagged it as a premium. 8. I just laughed and increased the price and not even interested to send any outbound mail but to hold till the day an inbound mail comes. Pls if it's still less than five days, ask for refund sharply. |

nkeona: Someone is ready to hold for long. This is a very good name, I wonder why he sold it for just $100, while he can easily renew it for less than 4000. I guess he didn't even submit it on SH. This just reminded me of the guy that sold paycoinly cheap. Let's learn to hold on to our diamonds |

airsaylongcom: U are aware that as a Bank, everyone was supposed to get a percentage of their deposits back. Seriously, I'm just an average Nigerian, I don't know much about what you're talking about, neither do I know much about the markets(capital market, etc), SEC, CAC, I don't even know about forex. I just know MBA trades forex. My question is just simple, and I really need a simple, straight forward Nigerian answer. My question: Just being curious, what if in the worst case scenario MBA folds up, would the insurance agency pay bk the investors?, or is there anyway at all investors would be paid back. Thanks |

I'm just curious.... What if, In the worst case if MBA forex folds up, what would be the fate of their investors?, would they be paid back from their insurance?, was any thing like that mentioned in their Terms and Conditions, or would their MOU be effective in court. I'm just curious |

Promxy94: Public opinion needed..
From Both newbies and Bosses.
I received an inbound offer for one of my domains that ends with the word "sales" but the singular "sale" is available an unregistered.
Now the offer came from a GoDaddy broker with $250 as opening offer.
I told them that i would do anything $599
Because i listed the domain for $400.
Is it advisable that i register the singular, from your view since its available.
Do you think they might decide to go for the singular, which is just a reg fee. Since it's inbound, reg the singular. It's worth the risk. Its just $8 |
