***A Place Called Tomorrow*** The road to it, is very narrow. It abodes either happiness or sorrow. It is built from the result of our hustle or fallow, Abi the type of friends we follow. It may be bright like that of Adam Barrow. Or even exalted than an hallow. But can also be dark like a shadow. Plan for it or else it will be harrow. That's my two kobo that everybody can borrow. MY PLANTED PARENTS Miss Juliet, my primary two teacher used to tell us that a farmer will reap whatever he plants. But it has been two weeks since my Daddy and Mummy were planted and they haven't germinated. Is it because those who planted them are not farmers? or because daddy and mum closed their eyes when they were been planted? Or the tears that dropped from grandma eyes when they were planting them have defertilize the soil they were planted on? Though the farm they were planted on, is very far from grandma's house but I will go and wet them today. I am tired of staying with Grandma I want my parents to germinate quickly so that we will return back to the city and I will tell Miss juliet how my parents were planted and harvested. |
