You are right like I corroborated in my post. The only advantage these giant boids ( constrictors) have is that they hunt by lying-in-wait if not pythons stand no chance against many carnivorous mammals and reptiles.

My brother probably you did not read and understand my post very well. I said pythons don't stand a chance with adult lions, tigers, lionesses, jaguars. My submission is, juvenile (younger lions, tigers, bears) do fall victim to the killing grip of pythons. Do your research well on those killing constrictions of these huge serpents. You must understand that for strength you need muscles and a python or anaconda is nothing but a roll of muscles

I know everything about every snakes, animals and fishes alive.....I even do small intern for Ife mangrove park/zoo.. they got huge pythons there ..did it outa love for animals but d owner wan keep me as worker nai I run..... niccur dunno anything about wild animals, he even named them wrong n give dem wrong foods...like naming Jackal "pale fox" or Blue heron "flamingos" n he tries to feed the heron with palm kennels......... Trust me I have read with pictorial evidence of anaconda killing jaguars ( most times the juveniles) yes Jaguars are predominantly the animals that gain upper hands in such duels. In the animal kingdom any fights between two predators is always a "fight to the death".

uncle doz r rare cases cos Jaguars r the Apex $hit in the Amazons, anacondas hide from Jaguars, caimans r regular prey for Jaguars (small type of crocodiles)

do ur study...pythons run from lions (If they can) ...if u know wat leopards do to Pythons u won't say "Lion dey fear python".....Lion is the $HIT everybody runs from including fully grown 14ft Nile crocodiles runs for their lives at river banks n shallow waters

They call it mongoose. That's the only animal that hunts snake. It stays in a hot place and it has a long tail. The venom of a snake cannot affect it when bitten. But python,not to my knowledge ooo cus python na another snake way dey constrict ooo

Pythons reported to have killed lions, tigers, lionesses and elephant? You no go kill pesin with too much laff my brother that's not true no python will dare a full grown lion, lionesses, tigers and even jaguars but if you say juvenile lions ( of course that would be extremely difficult since lions move about in a pride), jaguar you may be right. The only member of the cat family that a python can overpower with ambush is a leopard. Please don't overestimate the power of any python here.

Guy python can't kill a lion or lioness..... they r very much terrified of leopards........ af seen how easy leopards kill huge pythons n leopards r tiny compared to lions.... the python won't stand a chance ( even if its a year old cub)

The same can be said about all these ones you listed Oha,Nsala,Onugbu,Ukazi,Achara,Okro, Ugu, Ogbono ilo except okro. Okro is not exclusive to Ibos, it is a national food. Ogbono is a local delicacy everywhere in the south except in the west. Only a westerner or northerner that stayed in the east or has an eastern wife knows these Ibo soup. Growing up in Lagos in the 80s you only get egusi and draw in ibo food canteen,. the others are unknown and still very much unknown. Bitter leaf soup is even more popular than them and in popularity they are at par with groundnut soup.
