It's a lie, the video don't show phones being stolen, neither did the people say the police stole their phone. It has been debunked.

The officers were removing their charging phones from a left lower corner area, from a socket on the base of a table or TV stand, while the video where theft is being narrated shows phones in shelf, the video contradicts the story. The difference in two countries economy is because of their population number, reasonably they will have a higher GDP, GNP ceteris paribus, as well as anti corruption stance of their government, and their government determination to grow their economy, this is why their economy is better.
