What's the cost of clearing 2003 land Range Rover?

860 blocks (3 coach-bought 1000 160 left)
15 tonnes granite
30 tonnes sharp sand
70 bags of cement remains 4
18 16mm iron for 27 short pillars
10 12mm iron for basket
8 8mm iron for rings
1 bag of nails
1 roll binding wire
setting out
water tank
Carpenter supplied wood with short pillar for 10k( would cost about 18k if i bought my wood)
We dont have to buy laterite but spent about 150k pulling down a structure. and we dont have to buy or rent most small equipments another say 15k

It did cost me about 1m but i think you should be able to get it done for about 1.5m including laterite and supervision and running around of your contractor.

Tobbyboy2011, Seek more quotes from 2 more people and compare them. I did something similar last year, I made my own blocks. Mould your own blocks if you can; it's gonna be stronger and cheaper.

Are these hollow blocks or solid blocks? 3 bags of dangote gives me 100 "9" blocks.

With all due respects Bro, and as a bona fide Enugu resident, a small duplex and a 3 storeyed building of flats may not fit into the same land if the plot size is only 90 x 60 ft. Except if the flats is not a double wing of flats which should mean about 8 flats of 2 bedrooms.

For one, the buildings cannot fit into the land talk less of park and living space. Soakaway tanks and possible water tanks. I suggest you get an architect to do you a sketch of what is possible before you move any further, lands are very costly, so ensure you make the best use of it.

I want to send people to visit this property and see what you have there. I don't need the structure on it. The structure worth zero naira to me. If I decide to buy it, then I have to crush and level the structure on it. This part of Isheri is waterlogged. I know this area very well and I can send people there in 20 minutes to check it out. I can see stagnant water on the property from the pictures you provided.

The land is not anywhere worth 3 Million not to talk of 5.5m. I'm guessing you think anyone interested in buying the structure on the land.
