it seems d civil war really brought some aspect of fear and insecurity from d part of d igbos, d igbos have been glamouring for power for long time but it will b very difficult for them to have such federal power if they keep on waiting for the north and west to make decision for them aNd backing it because of financial greed that they naturally have.
