Usmanpogo, you are needed at the bolded.

Please, is the Monroe doctrine still in effect or has it been officially repealed?
Cos, I don't understand what this delulu means with revival of the Monroe doctrine.

Do you revive something that has never gone out of effect?
The United States maintains a very firm grip of the Western hemisphere, this has never been in question, the doctrine never seized to be in effect.
No country dares intervene on how the US coordinates it affairs in the Western hemisphere, not even the Chinese ( even though they have 3x the investment of the Russians in Venezuela ).

The new embargo would clearly prove if the term or association "Axis" exists or it's merely a political fantasy.
Interesting days ahead ✌️

We need a clear statement and enforcement from the government,
Is Nigeria a secular State or a Muslim State ?
We can't continue to have two different set of laws in the same country.
If we are a secular State then it's time to jettison the penal code for the North and let the criminal code take effect.

I will be adding Benin Republic to my to my list of favourite countries,, Good people unlike those clowns in Burkina Faso who came out like zombies to support military coups

Democracy 1 Putin 0😂😂😂
I have lived in three francophone countries and I can categorically say these people have great respect for the rule of law, they have strong institutions but they also have a very weak electoral institution.
These countries are still very much under the control of the French government, the French government have a strong grip on their policies and the people have lost the will to put up a resistance.
Like I said earlier, I don't know what version of democracy they practice. For example:

The leader of the government in Togo is Faure Gnassingbé who came into power in 2005 after the death of his father who had ruled the country since 1967. The Gnassingbes are only able to remain in power due to the backing of Paris.
Only God knows what concessions the family had to make to the French authorities to remain in power.

While I'm against military takeovers, one thing we can't deny is that the French and the Russian government have chosen the West African subregion as the theatre for their next political maneuvers and the coups would keep happening.

The African continent is not poor like the likes of Writerng would like you to believe, if we were poor the Russians and the French won't be jostling this hard to control the government. The African continent is rich enough to sustain it inhabitants but also cursed with people that would sell out their people in a blink of an eye.

One question

Why didn't the Nigerian government deploy these forces during the Niger coup ?

There is something called "passion". The same way some people can run a thread to discuss music, football, politics, or shows like Big Brother, is the same way some can discuss warfare. Everyone has their interests.

Russia's problem is in Europe, it doesn't need African voices or opinion to solve those problems.

I'm not surprised you reason this way. For you supporters of the west, everything is for sale, including loyalty.

For the price of a visa, you'll destroy your own country.

As long as they never colonized my continent, i have no problem with them. They even helped us defeat and set us free from the same people you worship today.

Russia is an enemy to a handful of countries in Europe. No where else.

You can continue drinking panadol for the eastern european man's headache, that is your business.

Fun facts
The Quran doesn't say anything about praying five times a day. This can only be found in the Hadith of Sahih Bulkari
And He was born 200 years after the prophet died.

Second
The Quran never said anything about killing people that left Islam, you'll only find this in the hadiths.

Third
The prophet used to braid his hair but your alfas will call you a vagabond if you try that.

Fourth
The messenger of Allah died of food poisoning, he was poisoned by a Jewish girl.

Fifth
The prophet at one time contemplated suicide but your alfas won't tell you this.

The list goes on but I'll stop here

I'm not a Muslim but it seems you're a bit ignorant.

Muhammad didn't bring Islam, Islam predated him, according to them Adam, the first man was a Muslim. Muhammad only brought the final revelation- Quaran. And he's the major prophet

There were Muslims before Muhammad, oga!
Where do I start with you!
The concept of Adam and Eve started in the Torah, it would suffice to say Adam worshipped Yahweh and so did Moses. The prophet tried rewriting history by telling a different story in the Quran. Like I said earlier both the bible and the Quran are just story books.

What God did Abraham worshipped ?

Yahweh is not the same as Allah, that's where you're getting it wrong.

The Quran definitely copied stories from the Torah and the bible.

I'll start with the five pillars of Islam

The Shahada
The Sabiens are the first set of people to start saying the phrase La ila ilaha la

Performing salat
The Sabiens prayed five times a day, the prophet didn't go to heaven to get it, it's just lamba.

Ramadan
Fasting and abstaining from sex until dark for 30 days was a practice that predates Islam and it was common among the people who worshiped the moon around current day Turkey

Hajj
This is another pagan practice that still exist in Islam

Everything is said, has proof, you can easily Google search it.

It's time for Africans to wake up, we are being misled.

NOETHNICITY:
So your entire premise of disproving Islam is on grounds of the name of his father. Beautiful logic
Think about it
Why would you need to learn another language to worship the God that created you ?

Why aren't Muslims allowed to pray in their mother tongues ? It's just another way to promote the Arabic language.
Arabic is the most common language in Africa, how did that happen ?

The pagan Arabs have been performing Hajj to the Kabba before Islam and today muslim still carry that pagan tradition.

It's 2025 nothing is hidden, I can't lie to you and you can't lie to me, that's why the internet was created.
The list goes on and on.
IslamRe: Is The Qurʾān A Clarification Of Everything? by usmanpogo(m): 12:32pm On Nov 28, 2025
The father of Prophet Muhammad's name is Abdullah, which translates to servant of Allah, meaning there was Allah in Mecca before the birth of the prophet or Islam.

Abdullah died as a kuffar ( an idol worshiper) yet we have people named after him. There's no such thing as Muslim names, these names are names of Arab idol-worshippers.

There were people bearing Muhammad before the prophet and they were not Muslims, it's time for Africans to emancipate themselves from mental slavery.

OhBritannia:
Blood River ( Chinese series) is a solid 9/10 for me.

Finally!!! After a whopping 38 episodes series, it's finally come an end.
It's been a rollercoaster of fun, action, brief romance, fights, politics, thriller, legacy etc.
I never thought i will one day see a Chinese series. not Just seeing but watching all 38 episodes in excitement every week of new releases.

The political battle, politics of kingdoms and thrones in this Chinese series is one of the deepest and complex i have ever seen in a very long time.
Let us not even talk about the awesome and unbelievable cinematography, the beautiful streets and houses, truly this series is a beauty to behold.
Another aspect of this Chinese drama that i love so much are the attires, the beautiful dresses they all wore.
The fashion statement from the Chinese in this series is second to none, how they were all dressed in beautiful colours and designs, the women fully clothed from up to down, not a single nudity shown, and yet the beauty of the women shines so bright like diamonds in the sky.

This show is proof that women are more beautiful when they are fully clothed without showing skins.

Should we talk about the fights, the battles?
Epic fights that i got to enjoy so much and i like the fact that everybody in the series took a beating, lol
No one was spared, everybody collect wotowoto. grin
Though this wonderful drama ended well though emotionally but if they eventually go on to bring season 2 then we will all be happy but if they end in season 1, then we are happy too.

Lastly, i will miss all the casts so much, as they grew up on us all, we got to come to love all of the wonderful casts.
Boss man, shey the series dey Netflix ? I only saw a few episodes on Rakuten

Nice writeup
But what is fistula?
A fistula is a passage that forms where one didn't exist naturally. Creating a passage by connecting the v@gin@ and the rectum.

The main cause of fistula in northern Nigeria is prolonged and obstructed labor, especially for young mothers, which can occur due to lack of access to quality healthcare, skilled birth attendants, and emergency obstetric services like Caesarean sections. Social factors like child marriage, which leads to teenage pregnancies in girls with underdeveloped pelves.

OkpaNsukkaisBae:
You should just tell us u hate Islam. There's no different between Islam and Christianity.

I was receiving free tutoria from Muslim scholars in the mosque in the North while preparing for exam. They didn't discriminate. Once time reach for their prayers, we will leave. I'm not a Muslim nor am I from the North.

In the past, the Catholic Pope with their armies were invading sovereign countries and installing emperors. Anglican broke away because the Pope excommunicated the king of England after he tried to annul his marriage with Queen Catherine of Aragon due to the Union not producing a male child.
Christianity murdered many people for committing HERESY . The records are there.

The difference now is that Christianity has undergone some fundamental changes, reform and adopted liberal policies. Dem no dey interfere in domestic affairs of countries like before. That doesn't erase the crimes and hundred of thousands of people they killed.

I believe with time, islam will be fully reformed. Go to Iran now, wearing of hijab is now optional.
It's impossible for Islam to undergo reforms because it adopts a lot of Arabic practices that predates the religion itself. Every part of the Quran can be misinterpreted to deceive people to do evil, blame the scholars.

Also Islam also is a tool of subjugation, I have seen people repeatedly say the current day occupants of Israel aren't the real people of Israel, what about Egypt, Algeria and the countries in North Africa ?
What happened to the black populations that originally inhabitated these places ?

Child marriage is an Arab custom not ours, it's unheard of in Southern Nigeria, I don't know how it became a thing in the northern. It's one of the reasons fistula is a thing of the northern. Does Allah support pedophilia ? I don't think so.

Another Arab custom is the pilgrimage, the pilgrimage is a pagan practice that is still present in Islam. The circumambulation of the Kaaba is something the pagans did and they also slaughter animals. Tell Arabs it's a pagan practice and watch them twist it.

The issue of extremism is well established in

Quran 9:5 (often called "the sword verse"wink: "But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every place of ambush
This verse has been misinterpreted to allow and foster fanaticism and extremism.

Being Muslim does not mean we can't use our brain, any religion that tells you to kill your fellow country men for the love of God or 72 virgins is a sham.

I believe this is lucid as it could be.

Adaka Boro see the only way to freed Ijaw from the eastern region was to leave nigeria entirely, so he declared the niger delta Republic on february 29 1966,
This republic lasted only 12days because aguiyi ironsi and ojukwu ordered the whole Nigeria military strength on them...

Aguiyi ironsi the military president of nigeria and Ojukwu the military governor of eastern region killed 150 Ijaw youths and arrested Adaka Boro and sentenced him to death by hanging..

After the Ibo coup, Ibos were being massacred in the North, then came the counter-coup that took out Ironsi and Major Adaka boro was not only freed but also General Gowon carved out River state out of the Eastern region and In a few days your half-wited Ojuwku declared Biafra.

Adaka Boro trained ijaws to fight against the biafrans with just a thousand or less soldiers.

Adaka-BORO freed his people from the clutches of Biafra, we also lost southern Cameroon because of Ojuwku.

One of the reasons that Igbo fought Biafra according to Ojukwu was to "Avoid the Islamic Contagion" this was his exact words but unfortunately the Islamic North used the stupid Christians like Benjamin Adekunle, Gowon , Awolowo ,Saro Wiwa etc to fight the predominantly Igbo

Today yoruba villages are deserted cos id the islamist attacks, nobody wants to talk about the middle belt it's gone

The South East will fight back if attacked and will do that again and again
Ethnic pogroms: Following independence, there were anti-Igbo massacres, particularly in the Northern part of Nigeria, which led to a mass exodus of Igbo people to the Eastern Region. Both the Ibos and the northerners were killing each other.
Military coups and political instability: A series of military coups, which were particularly targeting the Igbo leadership, created a climate of fear and political instability. Even though the Ibo started the coups.
Failed negotiations: A key agreement reached at Aburi, which aimed to grant more autonomy to the regions, was reneged on by the federal government. This deepened the rift between the East and the rest of Nigeria, as the Eastern Region under Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu was determined to implement the terms of the agreement. The same regional autonomy Awo and his party fought for.
Desire for self-determination: The declaration of Biafra was a final attempt by the Eastern Region to protect its people and assert its right to self-determination in the face of ongoing violence and political deadlock. If only Zik was smart enough to support Awo, Nnamdi Kanu won't be prosecuted for treason because there's nothing wrong in wanting what's better for your people.

Ojukwu or Zik had no problem with Muslim, stop rewriting history.

Fun fact:

In 1951, Nnamdi Azikiwe was elected to the Western Region's House of Assembly.
Following the controversial "cross-carpeting" incident, which prevented him from becoming the Premier of the Western Region, he became the Leader of the Opposition to Obafemi Awolowo's government in that assembly.
He later moved to the Eastern Region where he was elected to the House of Assembly, becoming the Chief Minister in 1952 and then the Premier of the Eastern Region in 1954.

Stop trying to rewrite history bro, Azikiwe was stupid enough to trust the Northerners and get in bed with them instead of working with Awo.
Everything iPoB are fighting for today, Awo fought for it but Your dumb Azikiwe out of greed rejected it. Everything I'm saying is available on the internet and the archives.
Awo wasn't against moving the capital to away from Lagos, he even proposed developing a new capital city for the new capital.
Awo insisted on having a clause that would allow each region the option to secede whenever it wants, Zik kicked against it

Awolowo's Stance: Awolowo and his party advocated for a "unilateral right to secession" for the regions, consistent with their strong push for regional autonomy and a truly federal structure.
Azikiwe's Stance: Azikiwe, leading the National Council of Nigeria and the Cameroons (NCNC), perceived the right to unilateral secession as a recipe for anarchy, illegal, and potentially suicidal for the new nation, and he successfully galvanized a majority of the attendees to reject the proposal.

As a result of Azikiwe's opposition and the majority consensus, the clause was not included in the final independence constitution. Instead, a provision (Section 86 in one iteration) was later inserted, which effectively made any attempt at secession an act of treason.

The Ibo people would have easily achieved Biafra but out of greed and stupidity , Zik rejected Awo's cry for a secession clause in our constitution.
It's all available on the internet, just copy any line of what I said and paste it, you'll get answers.

Every Nigerian has the right to criticize whomever they feel like, you guys need to stop taking us back to Donkey years.
People are on Tictok laying curses on the prophet and Allah, nothing happened to them. Listen to Msbaba and the likes, nothing will happen to them because they are southerners. It's as though we have two different laws governing the same country.
If you can chanel the same energy into fighting insecurities we won't be in this situation.

Funny thing, we all call Islam the religion of peace but our actions are quite the opposite.
I have seen people criticize jesus and they weren't burnt alive, why do we Muslims always feel the need to defend the prophet with violence ?

Allah and his prophet is capable of defending themselves.

Quran 6:68 and Quran 4:140 instruct believers not to sit with those who mock the revelations of Allah until they engage in another subject.
Quran 41:34-35 suggests repelling evil with good, which may turn an enemy into a close friend.
Quran 3:186 advises patience when hearing "much abuse" from people who were given the scripture before.
Quran 33:57 states that those who offend Allah and His Messenger are cursed in this world and the hereafter, and will receive a humiliating punishment, but does not specify a physical penalty to be carried out by humans in this life

Quran 5:33 prescribes severe penalties (death, crucifixion, or cutting off of hands and feet) for those "who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption" (treason/sedition), which some jurists have interpreted broadly to include severe blasphemy, but other scholars argue this applies only to crimes against human life and property, not verbal insults alone.

Being a Muslim does not mean you can't be rational or possess no shred of humanity for your fellow country man.

First of all, who is a Nigerian?

Fulani have been in Nigeria centuries before the country called Nigeria ever existed. Fulani are even older than some ethnic groups in Nigeria you consider Nigerian...how many of you have very stupid takes is baffling

Claiming that Fulani in Chad, Mali etc can claim to be Nigerian is akin to claiming that Yoruba people in Togo, Benin Republic can do the same...once again stupid take

Bandits are mostly Fulani, I agree with that, though not exclusively so, because there are other tribes involved as well. Many of these herders aren't Muslim, they know little to nothing of religion and mostly just live in accordance with their cultural codes. If you didn't know, Fulani culture and cultural rules very strongly guide herders, they mostly don't live by religious rules

Usman dan Fodio didn't conquer Northern Nigeria, in case you don't know, he was born and raised in Gobir, in present day Sokoto. He wasn't some foreign invader like you're trying to make it seem and his wars had the support of the local populations for the most part, so I don't know what ethnic cleansing you're referring to and I hope you're not talking about the Hausa people

Most attacks by bandits are in rural areas, in the urban centres everyone lives without looking over their shoulders. Benue's insecurity is a recent thing, the old ones are Plateau and Kaduna so I don't understand the centuries old ethnic cleansing you're talking about.

In Plateau and Kaduna, let no one potray the Christians as angels because they have many atrocities against Muslims in those localities to their names

I don't know what part of Nigeria you're from but stick to what you know
Education is meant to eradicate any form of illiteracy, the fact that you can scribble a few lines, I would assume you have attained some level of education however insignificant it appears in your crass mannerisms.

Firstly, the Fulbe people migrated to present day Northern Nigeria, just as some settled in Mali, Burkina, Chad, the Fulanis used to be under the rulership of the Hausas before Usman Dan Fodio declared jihad. No one's denying Shehu Usman is not from Sokoto. You can easily copy and paste any part of what I wrote on the internet, you'll find enough articles on it.

The Hausa-Fulani identity was championed after the successful overthrow of the Hausa kings and the establishment of the caliphate which Usman himself was the first Caliphate.
Other result of the jihad was the Subjugation of the Habes ( non Muslim ).

"
In essence, while the jihad was primarily a religious movement, its outcome fundamentally reconfigured the ethnic and power landscape of the region, creating new ethnic hierarchies and contributing to the complex ethnic dynamics seen in modern-day Nigeria and beyond.
"

Any Yoruba or Ibo or Hausa ( even the ones in Ghana ) outside Nigeria will tell you their their origin story is linked to Ile-ife, the Igbos to Nri or Aguleri people and the Hausa to Daura.

If Shehu Usman Dan Fodio didn't conquer Hausa land, why was he the first Caliphate ?

Even if there's regional autonomy who then controls the central government?? Besides all region are not the same, some are more developed than others, some are more richer in terms of natural resources

It simply won't work
He's trying to describe a Confederacy, the only major disadvantage is the central government would be weak especially in enforcement of laws.
It works in Switzerland, the president is just a figure head with no special powers.
It might actually work.

I am wondering why ethnic cleansing does not legally fulfil the definition of genocide. Honestly to me, it looks like a lacunae.

Genocide is defined to be the systemic and deliberate killing of a particular group with a view to eliminating them........ this definition stricto sensu doesn't say the group has to be a religious group.

Every foundation built on lies will always wobble or at long last crumble. The geographical enterprise we call Nigeria today is a country that comprises many nations with different ideologies. In order to understand the current dilemma we find ourselves, we must understand the differences between a nation and a country.
A nation is a group of people with shared history, descent, culture and ideologies. While a country is a geographical expression with well outlined borders and self-sovereign authority. For example the Ibo people are a nation, just like the Yorubas and the Hausa.

Since time immemorial, the difference in ideologies of these groups of nations within a country has always been a problem. While religious beliefs play a crucial role in how these ideological differences are formed.

The Northern Nigeria is more complex or perhaps more heterogenous compared to the South. The Northern Nigerians are predominantly Muslims with Christian minority, how that happened is something we all should have been concerned about.

Without mincing words, the same people we call bandits, cattle rustlers, terrorist all have something in common, they are all Muslims and they are mostly Fulanis.

The Fulanis aren't historically Nigerians, since we have learned to accept them as Nigerians, Fulanis from Niger, Chad, Mali can easily claim to be Nigerians and commit these crimes probably in connivance with the ones in Northern Nigeria.

The Usman Dan Fodio conquest of Northern Nigeria had ethnic consequences, some argued it was a jihad and it had nothing to do with ethnic cleansing but the records says otherwise.

In fewer terse, the issue of ethnic cleansing has been going on in the North (especially around North Central ) for decades if not centuries, except it receives more publicity recently due to the advent of social media. Most minority ethnic communities are Christians, at these rate there will be none left.
