The DSS is primarily responsible for intelligence gathering within the country and for the protection of senior government officials.

Depends on whether you are also assessing the Bachelor's degree. However, you only need to assess the MSc, in that case your BSc is not needed by WES.

But I am required to fill my educational qualifications on the EE profile, does it mean that I don't have to have my BSc assessed?

I recently started my Express entry application for skilled immigrants, I took my IELTS test some time last year of which I scored 7 overall.
So my question is when I was filling in my education details on the CIC website. It asked if I have an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). I.e I have to have my foreign education assessed by an approved agency from Canadian immigration, which must show that my credential is valid and equal to a Canadian Credential. However a friend doing his MSc over there suggested I check World Education Services (WES) website, which I did and they said on the website that I am required to send my Copies Original Certificates myself, Transcripts sent from my Uni and my WAEC result sent by WAEC.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE WITH THESAME EXPERIENCE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS ISSUE??
