PoliticsKemi Adeosun Reportedly Leaves Nigeria After Resigning As Finance Minister by utitofonsunday(op): 4:33am On Sep 16, 2018
Kemi Adeosun has reportedly left Nigeria 24 hours after she resigned as the country’s Minister of Finance.

She is understood to have landed in London on Saturday evening, according to Daily Trust.

Adeosun headed the Finance Ministry since November 2015, but stepped down from office on Friday, after owning up to parading a forged youth service scheme certificate.

Buhari, who had since accepted her letter of resignation, thanked Adeosun for her services to the nation and wished her well in her future pursuits.

DAILY POST had reported that Adeosun, who graduated from London East Polytechnic at the age of 22 in 1989, failed to comply with NYSC Act, which made it compulsory for every Nigerian graduate at home or abroad to participate in one year of mandatory service to the nation.

Recall that the NYSC had said that from their records, Adeosun applied for an exemption certificate, but failed to state whether the request was granted or not.

PoliticsWhy I Resigned As Finance Minister – Kemi Finally Breaks Silence (full Text] by utitofonsunday(op): 3:53am On Sep 15, 2018
In the letter, Adeosun confirmed that she was stepping down, because of allegations of forgery of her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate.

She also thanked Buhari for the privilege to serve in his administration.

Adeosun went on to appreciate the president for his patience and support “during the long search for the truth in this matter”.

Below is the full text of Mrs Adeosun’s resignation letter as obtained by our reporter.

14th September, 2018

His Excellency
Muhammadu Buhari
President, Federal Republic of Nigeria
State House
Aso Villa
Abuja

Dear Excellency,

Let me commence by thanking you profusely for the honour and privilege of serving under your inspirational leadership. It has been a truly rewarding experience to learn from you and to observe at close quarters your integrity and sense of duty.

I have, today, become privy to the findings of the investigation into the allegation made in an online medium that the Certificate of Exemption from National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) that I had presented was not genuine. This has come as a shock to me and I believe that in line with this administration’s focus on integrity, I must do the honourable thing and resign.

Your Excellency, kindly permit me to outline some of the background to this matter. I was born and raised in the United Kingdom, indeed my parental family home remains in London. My visits to Nigeria up until the age of thirty-four (34) were holidays, with visas obtained in my UK passport. I obtained my first Nigerian passport at the age of thirty-four (34) and when I relocated there was debate as to whether NYSC Law applied to me. Upon enquiry as to my status relating to NYSC, I was informed that due to my residency history and having exceeded the age of thirty (30), I was exempted from the requirement to serve. Until recent events, that remained my understanding.

On the basis of that advice and with the guidance and assistance of those, I thought were trusted associates, NYSC were approached for documentary proof of status. I then received the certificate in question. Having never worked in NYSC, visited the premises, been privy to nor familiar with their operations, I had no reason to suspect that the certificate was anything but genuine. Indeed, I presented that certificate at the 2011 Ogun State House of Assembly and in 2015 for Directorate of State Services (DSS) Clearance as well as to the National Assembly for screening. Be that as it may, as someone totally committed to a culture of probity and accountability I have decided to resign with effect from Friday, 14th September, 2018.

Your Excellency, It has been an exceptional privilege to have served our nation under your leadership and to have played a role in steering our economy at a very challenging time. I am proud that Nigeria has brought discipline into its finances, has identified and is pursuing a path to long term sustainable growth that will unlock the potential in this great economy. Under your leadership, Nigeria was able to exit recession and has now started to lay the foundations for lasting growth and wealth creation. Repositioning this huge economy is not a short term task and there are no short cuts, indeed there are tough decisions still to be made but I have no doubt that your focus on infrastructural investment, revenue mobilisation and value for money in public expenditure will deliver growth, wealth and opportunity for all Nigerians.

Politics2019: Tinubu Meets Buhari To Discuss Ambode’s Second-term Ambition by utitofonsunday(op): 11:10am On Sep 14, 2018
President Muhammadu Buhari and the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bola Tinubu, were on Thursday night locked in a meeting in Abuja, over Tinubu’s withdrawal of support for the second term aspiration of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, ThisDay reports.

It is understood that with Buhari’s last-minute intervention, Ambode would likely secure Tinubu’s approval to seek re-election in 2019 on the platform of the ruling APC.

There has been controversy over the political future of Ambode after Jideo Sanwo-Olu and former Lagos State Commissioner for Works & Infrastructure, Hamzat obtained a nomination form, to challenge Ambode in the APC primaries scheduled to hold on September 19.

All chairmen of 20 Local Government Areas (LGAs) as well as 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in the state, have signed Sanwo-Olu’s governorship nomination form, claiming that they were acting on Tinubu’s instruction.

Sources close to the power play in Lagos, however, doubt that the meeting with the president would provide a reprieve for Ambode as Tinubu’s options are said to be limited.

Tinubu’s close associates are reportedly telling him that has shown his hand, it was better for him to finish what he has started, fearing that should he be persuaded to backpedal and support Ambode, it could be costly.

“Ambode could play the good boy now, and deal with Tinubu and his supporters once he wins his second term. He would have nothing to fight for or lose again.

“Tinubu is not likely to be persuaded by Buhari’s fear that an Ambode defeat could backfire. He would assure them that he could handle the situation without any adverse consequence for the president’s election and APC’s fortune in the state,” a source said.

HealthHow To Sue A Hospital For Wrong Diagnosis (USA Users) by utitofonsunday(op): 4:52pm On Sep 08, 2018
You have full legal rights to sue a hospital and to receive compensation for any mishap due to the hospital’s wrong medical diagnosis, which is a common parlance is referred to as “misdiagnosis” by United States’ attorneys.

To do this, however, certain steps must be taken in order to win the case in court.

Hospital Negligence: How to Sue a Hospital for Wrong Diagnosis

Act Before The Statute of Limitations (SOL) Expires
Every state in the United States has a Statute of Limitations (SOL) expiration period.

This is the time interval by which you as a patient can file a case against a hospital or medical practitioner for a hospital negligence such as misdiagnosis, upon expiration of which your suit becomes null and void or incapacitated.

So, do not wait too long to file a claim. Rather, file your legal claims promptly once you notice that you have a misdiagnosis issue.

So, before you file that legal suit against your hospital, check if your SOL is still valid. If yes, then, proceed to the next steps.

In the state of Georgia, Lloyd Bell of Bell Law Firm, a foremost Attorney firm in Georgia clarifies that “…a victim has only two years from the date of the injury to take legal action, although that date may come after the actual date that the misdiagnosis took place”.

Lloyd Bell equally remarks that “there’s also a “statute of repose” that places an absolute time limit on a victim’s ability to file a medical malpractice lawsuit in Georgia – five years after the date of the incident that caused the injury.”

In the state of California, for example, the Statute of Limitations (SOL) has a lifespan of three years to file a medical malpractice lawsuit after the harm occurs, or one year after the harm is discovered (whichever comes first), remarked David Goguen of Allaw.com, a member of the Nolo Network of attorney websites domiciled in California, USA.

Alllaw.com has provided a comprehensive Statute of Limitations (SOL) chart for each state in the United States on its website. You can follow this link to find out the SOL for your state now.

Consider Hiring A Qualified Medical Malpractice Attorney or Firm

Never attempt to handle a hospital negligence case such as the Wrong diagnosis on your own.

Doing so is legal, medically, and procedurally unwise as you may never win a complex case such as this on your own.

Rather, if you have qualified for the SOL discussed above, hand over the complex medical procedures to a medical malpractice attorney in your state.

There are many of them in each state. Do a small check to see which one to go to in your state.

Interestingly, many hospital negligence lawyers handling cases related to misdiagnosis generally offer free initial consultations or contingency fees, where the patient will not have to pay the lawyer.

However, should the lawyer win the case, the law firm will take a portion of the compensation awarded to the client, and this in most cases is usually about 1/3 of the compensation fee.

On the other hand, where the lawyer loses the case, the lawyer goes unpaid.

But more often than not, the lawyer usually wins. You need a lawyer or law firm because he (they) have the legal might and experience to prove your case appropriately in the law court.

They do not only possess a firm understanding of the law as it applies the issue of the wrong diagnosis but knows how to outwit the loopholes of the defendant since they possess the expertise in many things including the retention of the right expert medical witness.

Determine Whether the Hospital Is Really at Fault
That the misdiagnosis was done in a hospital does not necessarily mean that the hospital is totally at fault.

In many cases, the patient cannot simply sue a hospital for a treatment error done by an individual doctor who provided sub-standard medical diagnosis, especially where such a doctor is not necessarily an employee of the hospital but perhaps, an independent contractor.

In such a situation, your legal action will be against the doctor and not the hospital.

But in a situation where the doctor is an employee of the hospital and his/her incompetence is obvious to the hospital, but he/she is still assigned to you for medical attention and he/she is liable for the wrong diagnosis, according to United States Medical malpractice law, you have full legal rights to sue the hospital for negligence.

Obtain All Necessary Medical Records

It is the duty of the hospital to keep the medical records of every patient for at least a few years after any treatment had been given.

You will, therefore, proceed to the hospital where you were diagnosed, pay the hospital charge for copying expenses and obtain copies of your medical records.

These, you will use for prosecuting your medical lawsuit for the wrong diagnosis against the hospital.

Quantify/Weigh Your Damages

If in the course of the medical battle against the hospital, the hospital decides to make an offer to settle the case, as a patient, it is laid upon you to carefully weigh the offer against all possible losses and harm due to the misdiagnosis including:

Past and future medical expenses,
Past and future wage losses,
Pain and suffering,

Loss of enjoyment of life (the decreased value of a person’s life as a result of the injury, including, measured by changes in lifestyle, such as the loss of the ability to enjoy sports, walk or play with children),

And the loss of consortium (losses to family members as a result of the injury, measured by loss of companionship or the loss of the ability..

Comply With any Procedural Rules

Every state in the US has a number of hoops which a patient must jump through before filing a hospital negligence such as misdiagnosis.

These requirements vary from state to state...

One of such hoop required of by the patient is to file an affidavit of merit in which a qualified medical expert would attest that the case put forward by the patient (i.e., the plaintiff) is a valid one.

Additionally, you might have to provide a claim to a medical review board prior to filing in court, or alternatively, agree to some form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Sometimes, you may be required to completely comply with these state rules prior to filing a medical malpractice complaint such as this one against the wrong diagnosis by the hospital in court.

Kindly check with the law enforcement in your state to ascertain the requirements mandated prior to filing in your case.

You can as well consult an experienced hospital negligence lawyer who is competent in handling cases related to misdiagnosis in your state for assistance.

Draft and File a Complaint

While drafting your complaint, be careful that the under-listed information is included:

Your name,
Names of the parties responsible,
A description of how the injury happened,
The harm that was caused, and
The amount of money that you expect in compensation.

You are expected to file this complaint at the office of the clerk of the local (i.e. county) branch of the state court in your state.

This is usually referred to as “[insert state name here] Superior Court, County of [insert county name here].”

Updated: I'm now qualified to apply for 100k to pay back in 6months.

I know about Paylater through a colleague who told me a directory of loan providers in Nigeria (Android App).

After downloading their app on Google Play Store, I applied and to my greatest surprise, my account was credited within 24hrs.

Since I was qualified to receive only 10k, I paid back the debt after two weeks and they text me to re-apply again.

I was shocked, but I didn't apply immediately because I was just receiving my salary.

Three weeks later, I apply again and received alert in less than an hour. After I received my salary for that month, I paid back my debt and they text me again. But this time, they notified me that I'm qualified to apply for 20k. WOW!!!

So since Paylater works for me, I didn't bother to check other platforms.

If you are working and in need of a quick loan to settle your personal problems, try this directory and choose the one according to your location:

RomanceThree Men Every Single Girl Should Stay Away From (part 1) - Magdalene Nganga Jo by utitofonsunday(op): 11:28pm On Dec 01, 2017
Hello. It's been a while, lovely people. I've been busy trying to survive with the current cost of living. As the Foodie that I am, imagine going to the market and having to buy less than you expected. It's demoralizing, seriously. But at least, I had money to buy. Thank God.

During what I like to call one of my most favorite "kitchen" conversations with my mum, I told her that I would never contemplate marrying a man who had what a typical Nigerian would know as "super-glue hand", known in everyday English as a stingy man. My reasons are very understandable to the average girl.

I strongly hold the belief that both rich and poor people can have money problems and there are two common types. Here, I'm not talking about a man who has money problems, that is, a man who is trying really hard to make ends meet.

I'm talking about a man who has the money. It's obvious to the human eye that he is in money, as my Igbo brothers would say. But he still has money problems in the sense that he is simply finding it difficult to part ways with his money. No girl wants to deal with that.

The average Nigerian girl wants a supportive man. He does not only have to be emotionally and spiritually supportive. A Naija babe expects her man to be financially supportive also. There was this super story drama we watched some years back.

The man was very rich, owned a company and basked in wealth. But he refused to pay for tutorials for his children, refused to throw birthday parties for them, refused to put them on the school bus, and gave his wife a meager sum for housekeeping which was barely enough for the family.

This wasn't a case of being frugal. It was a case of being unhappy about giving out his money. Believe me, his wife was miserable and unhappy. Worst case, She was a housewife. Double wahala.

Now, that was the basis of my argument. Points were made and carefully explained, Mum was definitely going to side me, I thought. She didn't. She held and strongly supported the notion that love covers all things. A man who loves you, She said, would be glad to spend on you.

And even if he has money, but his worry over money hinders him from freely sharing his wealth with you, a wise woman would lovingly know how to tactfully get enough money from her husband to cover household expenses. Besides, She stressed, there are no housewives today. A woman should always have something to support herself with.

Just so you know, I agreed with her. While I'll be expecting your thought on stingy men issue, this was just the beginning.

She made a very strong point, one I would not forget in a hurry. As individuals, we need to decide what we can handle and what we cannot.

Because at the end of the day, we won't be married to the friends and family who encouraged us to be tolerant, we'll be forever tied to our respective spouses. In addition, the best time to decide what you can tolerate is before the marriage, not after.

Curious me went ahead to ask. If I could "lovingly" tolerate a man with "aka rubber" (hands of glue), what type of men ought I not to tolerate?

Her response is what I'll be elaborating on in these series of articles, because I see many women roped in unhappy marriages and unable to walk away because the vows have already been taken. I won't ask them to leave their marriages either.

But this is for you sister. Beautiful, unique, special and single you, who still has the freedom to make her choices, this is for you. Note please, I am not an expert on marriage or relationship issues. However, I listen to wise women, and I'll simply be sharing their wisdom. Stay with me. Anticipate.

Meanwhile, please send me your thoughts. Is life too short to marry a stingy man?

FoodThe Best Place To Chop A Well Prepared Isi-ewu [spicy Goat Head] in Uyo by utitofonsunday(op): 10:48pm On Dec 01, 2017
In today ‘Discover In Uyo’ edition, I will magnanimously as usual unveil the hidden spot where you can comfortable enjoy a well prepared delicious isi-ewu [spicy goat head] in Uyo.

We many places doing the same thing, but we have very few places whose aroma and taste can turn you into a regular customer.

Even if am not a good cook(which I doubt), I love to go out with a lady who knows how to cook very well. So if she recommended not only the place but also their delicious isi-ewu [spicy goat head], then it worth a good news to share with you guys.

Please don’t look at it as a sponsored post(which it's not anyway…lol), look at it as ‘try and see’ tip, then come back here and proves me wrong.

TravelDangers Of Illegal Migration By Nigerians by utitofonsunday(op): 9:10pm On Nov 13, 2017
Nigerian women, totalling 26, whose ages range from 14 to 18 were reportedly found dead recently in a Spanish warship as they tried to cross the Mediterranean Sea. According to British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) that made the disclosure, the deceased might have been sexually abused and murdered.

It was reported that following several rescues, corpses of the Nigerian women were discovered in a refrigerated section of the Spanish warship, Cantabria, which was also carrying 375 migrants most of whom were sub-Saharam Africans from Nigeria, The Gambia, Ghana, Sudan and Senegal.

It is unfortunate that another group of young Nigerians who were promising future mothers, have lost their precious lives under such a tragic circumstance. This was clearly in an attempt to cross the Mediterranean Sea where they erroneously believed lies the so-called greener pasture. The recurring tragedy arising from the rising spate of risky illegal journeys by Nigerians desperately fleeing the country has become worrisome and should be of major concern to the Federal and State Governments.

The dangers of illegal migration by Nigerians to Europe and other countries are unquantifiable. For instance, such as in this particular case, women among the illegal migrants have been sexually abused and murdered by those described as people-smuggling gangs that charge each migrant about $6,000 to get to Italy. There have been cases of those left to drown while some are still missing several years after travelling out of Nigeria. The incalculable dangers Nigerians migrating illegally abroad expose themselves to are not only avoidable but also do not worth the risks involved.

The usual reason illegal migrants give is that Nigeria’s economy is harsh. However, even if this is true, it is no justifiable excuse for them to endanger their lives by embarking on such tortuous journeys across the Mediterranean Sea. Sadly, like the 26 women, not all travellers are always lucky to reach their destinations alive.

According to Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Matters, Abike Dabira-Erewa, a Nigerian traveller may be charged up to $4,500 by human traffickers for a trip. Whereas this amount is enough for him to set up a small-scale business in Nigeria rather than seeking the unknown in a foreign country or getting murdered in the desert.

Concealing lifeless bodies of the hapless Nigerian women in a refrigerated section of the warship, perpetrators of the crime probably thought what they did would not be discovered. The women must not be allowed to die in vain.

We, therefore, urge the Federal Government to without delay, liaise with the Government of Italy to ensure perpetrators of this dastardly act are brought to book to serve as a deterrent to others. The untimely death of these young Nigerians has again brought to the fore the need for government at various tiers, to seriously address the myriad of socio-economic problems scaring Nigerians away from their fatherland to other climes.

If the economy is in good shape and the citizenry are gainfully engaged to contribute to the development of their country, there will be no reason for them to flee the country. There should be conducive environment for the citizens to use their potentials to realise their dreams in Nigeria.

Unsuspecting parents should be wary of unscrupulous characters that ask them to release their children to be sent abroad for gainful employment. Frankly, life abroad is not as better as it is being perceived by gullible parents and their children who are being deceived by wicked human traffickers. To stem the rising wave of illegal migration by Nigerians, relevant government officials securing the porous borders should step up their operations. They should desist from conniving with the corrupt syndicate to boost human trafficking business.

Failure to punish human traffickers has contributed to upsurge in the illicit business which has become a big scandalous racket portraying Nigeria in bad light. We implore National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons (NAPTIP) to be alive to its responsibilities by educating the citizenry concerning dangers of illegal migration.

Finally, while we appreciate the fact that Nigerians have the right to travel out of the country, they should, however, do so legally to avoid possible fatal consequences.

BusinessOnline Real Estate Startup Tolet Acquires Jumia House Nigeria To Create Property by utitofonsunday(op): 8:36pm On Nov 13, 2017
African tech can produce surprises. One this week is a $1.2 million Series A startup buying part of a $1 billion company.

That’s what Lagos based property startup ToLet.com.ng has done, purchasing Jumia House Nigeria for an undisclosed amount. Jumia House is a subsidiary of the continent’s lone tech unicorn — Pan-African e-commerce giant Jumia.com.

ToLet and Jumia House Nigeria will merge platforms under the new name of PropertyPro.ng.

The acquisition was a result of ToLet’s strength in market and help from their lead investor, Malaysia based Frontier Digital Ventures, according to CEO and Co-Founder Fikayo Ogundipe.

“This came about from FDV―which has a strong real-estate classified portfolio across Africa―looking at which markets they were strong and where Rocket [Jumia’s lead investor] was weaker,” he told TechCrunch. “In Nigeria Jumia House was number three or number four in online listings. It didn’t make sense for Rocket to burn more capital in that position, so [FDV] approached them on the acquisition.

So how did ToLet finance the purchase? Without additional financing from lead investor FDV, according to Co-Founder Sulaiman Balogun. “The $1.2 million in funding we announced last year is the only round we’ve disclosed. We’ve raised enough capital to run through this deal and really fund the business and grow,” he said.

With the acquisition, ToLet is acquiring the entire Jumia House platform — staff, assets, and their listings and agent network. The new PropertyPro entity will combine ToLet’s 60,000 listings to Jumia House’s 22,000 to create the largest online real estate listings platform in Nigeria with 65 percent of the market, according to Balogun.

ToLet would not divulge annual revenue stats, but execs explained it makes money from agent subscription fees. ToLet’s legacy platform had 10,000 agents, of which 20 percent were charged.

“We have a long-term plan to charge a higher percentage on our the premium plan,” said ToLet CEO Ogundipe―noting agents receive more options under that plan.

ToLet’s new PropertyPro platform will not charge fees or commissions on listing sales, something some of its competitors do, according to Balogun. “We did that on our previous model, but stopped. That increased the number of agents on our platform and generated more revenue overall,” he said. ToLet’s current online listings are about 70 percent rentals and 30 percent sales.

Co-CEOs Balogun and Ogundipe said to expect updates on the integrated PorpertyPro platform. They have engineers developing new ease of search features for the site and plan to launch an android app in coming weeks.

A prime aim of the acquisition and new PropertyPro platform is to expand ToLet’s agent and listings reach across Nigeria and increase the number of sales listings, Balogun told TechCrunch.

As a market, Nigeria boasts the dual distinction of being Africa’s most populous nation and largest economy, valued at roughly half a trillion dollars. A small real-estate sector (circa 8 percent of the overall economy) and a high urbanization rate have created a housing deficit in the country. Furthermore, a nascent credit rating market in the Nigeria has fueled practices whereby landlords can require advance deposit of up to two years rent from tenants.

ToLet hopes its recent acquisition and upgraded PropertyPro platform can ease that.

“We believe creating more visibility of real estate listings and ease of connecting buyers and sellers online can solve some of these liquidity problems and bridge this gap between supply and demand,” said Co-Founder Sulaiman Balogun.

PoliticsBiafra: US Law Firm Drags President Buhari, Buratai To ICC by utitofonsunday(op): 2:51pm On Oct 17, 2017
– The law firm of Fein & DelValle PLLC accused President Buhari of mistreating Biafra – The law firm said it was taking up case against the president at the International Criminal Court – It said it was going to speak for Igbos who cannot do so in Nigeria The law firm of Fein & DelValle PLLC has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari and chief of army staff, Lt General Tukur Buratai, to the International Criminal Court over treatment of Biafra agitators. In a statement released over the weekend, the law firm said it was pursuing the case “on behalf of Biafrans who covet justice – the dead, the living, and those yet to be born.” In the statement, the law firm accused President Buhari of ordering the mistreatment of unharmed Biafra agitators.

The statement reads: “Buhari and Buratai are criminally culpable because of their command responsibility over security forces operating under their direction or control and who are terrorising tens of millions of Biafrans specifically because of their Christianity and ethnicity. “The crimes include extrajudicial killings, torture, and sister unspeakable horrors. They are the grisly signature of Buhari’s and Buratai’s ongoing military campaign in the South East region with the euphemistic moniker Operation Python Dance II.

“The indictment being drafted by Fein & DelValle will be presented to Chief Prosecutor of the ICC, Fatou Bensouda. It will be modeled after the genocide or crimes against humanity indictments returned against Serbia’s Slobodan Milosevic, Sudan’s Omar Bashir, Libya’s Muammar Gaddafi, Chad’s Hissen Habre, and Cambodia’s Comrade Duch. “The overwhelming majority of Biafrans cannot speak for themselves without risking lethal retaliation by President Buhari or Lt. General Buratai.

That fear explains the reason the United States District Court for the District of Columbia granted the motion of Fein & DelValle to reference their ten (10) Biafran plaintiffs anonymously in their Torture Victims Protection Act suit against sixteen (16) individual Nigerian defendants in Doe, et al. v. Buratai, et al., Civil Action No. 1:17-cv-0133. “Fein & Delvalle are gathering photographic, video, and testimonial evidence of the ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity perpetrated by Buhari and Buratai against Igbos not only in the South East region, but also in northern Nigeria and elsewhere.

There is no safe haven in Nigeria for them. Last June, Hausa Fulani youths in northern Nigeria (Arewa) with impunity threatened to evict eleven million Igbos from their homes and businesses in northern Nigeria by force and violence if they did not quit the area by October 1, 2017. “We are confident that 50 million Igbos in Nigeria were not born with saddles on their backs ready to be ridden by booted and spurred Hausa-Fulani with the grace of God.

Criminal prosecutions of Buhari and Buratai before the International Criminal Court are the best way of teaching that gospel. “The prosecutions of Buhari and Buratai will prompt the United Nations Security Council to task the United Nations Electoral Unit to conduct a referendum on Biafran independence in the South East region; and, to operate a transitional government for a six-month period prior to the balloting to avoid any intimidation of the voters.

It is no accident that South Sudan achieved independence on the heels of President Bashir’s ICC indictment for genocide in Darfur.
“Nigeria’s current borders were drawn by a racist British colonial master more than a century ago with no reference to the inhabitants. The boundaries are morally, legally, and politically indefensible. The Government of Nigeria does not reflect popular will on that score. It rules under a 1999 Constitution that was decreed by a military dictator for the purpose, among other things, of holding Igbos in bondage to Hausa-Fulani terrorists. “Britain defaulted on its decolonisation obligation to permit self-determination referenda by each of the separate and distinct peoples of Nigeria.

United Nations General Assembly Resolution 1514, December 14, 1960, provides: ‘All peoples have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development’.” Meanwhile, the list of charges slammed against 16 top Nigerian government, army and police officials before the US District Court for the District of Columbia has been revealed. The charges were leveled by legal representatives of 10 pro-Biafra activists.

The domain sales letter.

A newbie may be wondering what a domain sales letter is. Well it's one of the other ways to sell a domain fast..... I mean very fast. Its a professionally written sales letter used in contacting potential end users. Now this is not complicated... An end user is a company that may be interested in buying your domain name. At times they may not notice the availability, you simply contact them using the domain sales letter.

How to contact end user; An experience.
I bought a trafficless domain however rich keyword . such domain, if parked will not bring much due to the traffic. before I paid for it, I went to Google to reaffirm the popularity. And yes there are several companies bearing similar keywords. I bought the domain and contact the companies through their website and whois info. A reply came from one of them; a company in the UK. Deal was reached and transaction was closed within 8 days I bought the domain name. That was my fastest domain sale and was very interesting.

N.B; If you have a domain that has this quality or popularity and you need the domain sales letter, contact me directly @ Ikennaobi44@gmail.com and I will send you a copy for absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.
