If I comprehend your question correctly, you're asking if the NK won't wait for the battle to be over in WF, then raise up the dead afterwards.

I think fighting with the use of fire is gonna be very instrumental in the war. If you can recall, Edd in his conversation between Sam and Jon reiterated that the last of them should make sure they all get burnt.

NK can't raise up a burnt soul unless of course the ones not burnt.
