I don't know why my case is different.Despite sending my account details and clicking on yes for my loan to be transferred to another,the money was credited into NMFB account that I know nothing about.Fine,at least if they decide to open an account for me in their bank, shouldn't they have sent the account details to my mail?I don't know where thier office is located where I base,no one seems to know.I've checked their website, office had already closed as the time I got the alert and there's public holiday tommorow.

You can still go back and click yes so you can input your account number. All you need do is to simply go to your browser history and click on the link that has the offer letter. It starts with "guarantorform2....status...loan offer" .

Go to their branch in your state and ask for a fund transfer to your regular bank or download their mobile app and see whether you can log into your account, I also clicked no but have not been credited.

call the bank customer service and complain....looks like they opened an account for you and paid the money into the account...this is because you did not change the account the money will be paid into after accepting the loan offer

I changed the account.Though it was hubby that did it early hours of yesterday.He said he clicked yes and imputed my bank account number.

Thanks for the information,Just few days ago,my husband's WhatsApp was hacked,the person was sending messages to the various groups my hubby belonged.That was when friends started calling that hubby should check his WhatsApp but he couldn't access it.To cut the story short,200k was withdrawn from his account,he was left with just 2k.
