The moment I realised I was in labor,I did the step climbing till I was 8cm dilated before I even went to the hospital.

There is always a way to improvise.You get it.

There are other natural remedies aside the ones you mentioned but I'll advice you excersise patience pls or go back to the hospital and get induced.

I tried checking the print portal this morning and got this notification.
I have been trying to check the Jamb portal but unable to may be due to traffic or my network.I'm heading to cybercafe in a short while.
