Rooney in secret Man Utd training to make bench for Bayern Munich Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will make the bench for tomorrow's Champions League clash with Bayern Munich. The Mirror says Rooney did not train with the Manchester United squad today - but is still in line to face Bayern Munich. The United striker, initially sidelined for two to three weeks with an ankle sprain, is poised to be on the bench for tomorrow's decisive Champions League quarter-final tie. Rooney has amazed Sir Alex Ferguson and his staff with his recovery. He has undergone secret training sessions Now i need the phone numbers of all them Utd physios as ours aren't doing their jobs maynne!  |

Not EVEN one single paper in the UK objects to this, pretty strange & we've got Domenech screaming his balls off over Gallas's injury! Injected or not, Rooney should sit this one out. . what if he plays and they STILL lose?  Are the F.A that stupid?,Can't Capello can't EVEN talk? Their in-form striker is about to be featured in a game & risks aggravating an injury which could see him NOT playing at the world cup. Whats the point? |

If Fergie has resigned to losing the EPL to Arsenal  , must he field an "unfit/injured" Wayne Rooney? I'm actually rooting for Shrek to help England win the world cup at the mundial come June, now some gum-chewing,red-faced scummie wants to end England's hope of winning the ? On the night when millions all over the world expected a shipload of goals, the result at the end of 90 mins was 2-2 Camp Nou? I laff in Hennessy! We've seen off R.Madrid, AC Milan, Inter Milan and the likes. . . Who's Barsa? Tuesday, here we come! One word y'all : Breathe easy Debo, Forget it, when it comes to possession football. .we're NOWHERE near Barsa.They've got quality in their midfield that makes opposition look like ball-watchers. The trio of Xavi,Iniesta (Thank heavens he didn't play  ) and Busquets are a beauty to behold when they play together. We were outplayed by a 2-man AMF (I'm still surprised how we managed to keep Messi out for about 80mins), i'm just thankful TW got us back into the game and we live to fight another battle at the Nou camp. Did anyone see the "french slap" AW mistakenly planted on Pat Rice? , it left a visible scar on PR's face and he had to sit inches away from AW for the remainder of the game. AW was hurling words at Verm for making the SAME mistake twice, next thing? WHAM! |
