I tried updating it they keep on telling me that I have the latest version/software

I have a phobia for Z10..any phone apart from blackberry is of no interest to me..

I bought a BlackBerry Q10 last two week and since then I've been having issues with the phone,after fully charging the phone the battery drains up so quickly which won't last up to 5 hours and the phone heats up even on standby..I've already bought another battery for the phone but the problem still persist..The heating up is what drives me crazy and it gets worse by the day.

Please my fellow nairalander am in need of help here,any contribution from you guys will be highly appreciated.
