EducationRe: Interdisciplinary Masters Programs In US by valentyne19: 10:33pm On Nov 04, 2021
chidoziek2:
I applied for a PhD scholarship at Texas tech University (in the US), my application was declined, but I was offered admission to their interdisciplinary Masters program instead, and they said I'm also eligible for scholarship assistance consideration if I accept the offer.

Please I need more info on the nature of the interdisciplinary program and if they are usually fully funded.
Same here too

To be honest, I had a very relaxed and calm interview. The VO (a white lady) approved visas for the 2 sets of people ahead of me on the queue. Time seemed to fly by, cos I could've sworn I didn't spend 5 minutes with her. She didn't ask for any other documents apart from the ones I supplied (Passport, I-20, SEVIS Receipt). I prayed and I believe my preparation met with God's grace. Best of luck to everyone who's yet to get approved. I look forward to reading your success stories. Thank you all for the invaluable tips. Cheers
Please bro I am currently admitted for interdisciplinary studies spring 2022. I want to know the next procedure for my i-20 and others. Please!

EducationRe: Spring/Fall US Admits: How To Pay SEVIS Fee in Nigeria With SEVIS Express by valentyne19: 6:56pm On Nov 24, 2018
My experience with SEVISEXPRESS and my SEVIS fee payment.
When my i-20 form arrived Nigeria I was instructed to make my SEVIS fee payment, I thought it was something I can just go to the bank, pick up a westernunion form and fill in the required details. The next day I went to bank, they said they can't make the payment. I tried 5 different Banks it didn't work out. I became frustrated bc there was no time on my side. I started surfing the net, saw testimonies about SEVISexpress here on NAIRALAND. I bumped the website, but still scared of making payment at first. I chatted with them, made the payment by 6:30pm on Thursday, and Hoping to receive confirmation the next day, but to my surprise I got my receipt by 7:45pm the same day.. I was like wow! thanks alot. I attached my proof and chat with them.
The amazing thing is, Sevisexpress don't charge much like Banks do.

I would recommend Sevisexpress for everyone, it is real, the customer care is always on and lots of benefits, tips and advice on how to go about your visa.

Thanks guys
