Politics / Re: Attacks On Fulani In South West, The Country May Be In Flames, ACF Warns by valenu(m): 12:08pm On Jan 23, 2021
SilverNorGold:
I have been reading some psychopathic 'Yoruba' comments regarding this incident and I just laugh... I have also noticed how they label every dissenter 'a Fulani' or 'Hausa slave' - I was also called 'Fulani' and then 'Hausa slave' by same persons for daring to share my own opinion...

I laugh at the hypocritical Yorubas cos when the kasala wey them dey run cast, e go do them life film... Once the war starts, my brother, na only una go fight because me and my people go mind our business.. Even if we go side any party at all, it would be Nigeria cos it's obvious the Yorubas expelling and persecuting Northerners(not only Fulanis) are the same people calling for Oduduwa Republic, which makes it obvious they're intentionally causing crisis to further their own selfish interests.. They sponsored the EndSars protests... It failed woefully. They attempted a second one which was resisted by well-meaning Nigerians. Now they are going about extrajudicially evicting people from their home in gross violation of the constitution.. Maiming, looting and dismembering hapless civilians...

But we are watching.. If they think we will side them, then they've got another think coming...

Cos Nigeria is my country; my allegiance is to Nigeria and I am ready to die for Nigeria.

God bless Nigeria.
Long live Nigeria!
If you are not ashamed of your northern tribe, state it. But the fact remains you are a northerner and you are very scared of Nigeria splitting because you will be the biggest looser. Anyway, and you laugh grin

Ok.. But these are cowards that joined the Nigeria Army just for the financial gains; and the khaki, which they use to intimidate and brutalize innocent civilians... They never joined to fight any nonsense insecurity. Reason they always CHICKEN out when the BULLish terrorists charge at them... Glad the bloody cowards are resigning by themselves! LOL!

Nigeria, the giant of Africa, deserves courageous, gallant, committed, agile, intelligent, and patriotic soldiers! Not these bloody sissies!

God bless our gallant soldiers.
God bless all patriotic Nigerians.
God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
You are still calling Nigeria giant of Africa whereas CFA had risen past Naira. Do you know the equivalent of 1000naira in CFA? You need sense. You are here talking about patriotism to a country that's not working. Patriotism kee u dia

You are right. In one video circulating, a Fulani kidnapper was bragging about how he will be released if they get to police.

Crime / Re: Police Will Set Me Free Fulani Kidnapper Boasts (video) by valenu(m): 1:20pm On Jan 19, 2021
The fear of Fulani is the beginning of southern love for themselves. While some are claiming sophisticated and intelligent, some are claiming development and smartness and the Fulani are gradually taking over them all and they will have no say in their God given southern Nigeria. Southerners, stop hating yourselves for the main time. The whole region must come together to fight this common enemy. Don't forget some educated fulanis who register on Nairaland with different accounts to cause disunity among you.

It was because of this same Fulani that the first coup was carried out when they wanted to eliminate the southern elites starting from the south west but the whole story was changed to turn the igbos as the culprit just because the majority of the plotters were igbos. Was it not BBC that painted the coup pro Igbo simply because they want to continue enjoying one Nigeria? Akanu Ibiam returned his Knight of honour confered on him by Queen Elizabeth in protest of the British involvement in the civil war.

They keep saying e go better, but things are getting worse by the day. Unemployment is not even a problem anymore. Killings and kidnappings have become the order of the day. As for me oo, let everyone go their separate way and hustle for themselves. Nigeria is scam. It is not working. In time to come, armed robbery and kidnapping will become a tradition in Nigeria.

True talk. Buhari should rather go for third tenure or hand over power to Elrufai or Tinubu instead of likes of Orji Uzor Kanu, Umahi, Uzodimma or Rochas becoming president. If Nigeria doesn't want Igbos like Peter Obi, Moghalu, Ngozi Okonjo Iwuala in Aso Rock then let the north and south west continue ruling till they are tired of one Nigeria.

The issue of this fulani herdsmen some call them herdsmen is getting too much and the government does not seem to care. How can leaders who were voted into office not take action. The herdsmen issue has been on for over two years with the killings of innocent Nigerians yet the number one citizen of the country is yet to do a thing about it except pay lip service to Nigerians. The president is quick to send condolence messages to countries that have suffered terrorists attacks but he has failed to adress the one in his backyard imagine he told putin to promote world peace when he has not promoted national peace. He was bold to say he didn't know the IGP disobeyed his orders in a country where the government is serious the IGP should be sacked. The president and governors should know that this is not a joke that should be treated with kidgloves they should know that they are the chief security officers both in the state and federal level. The security agencies should step up their game the zeal they used in fighting the secessionist and even proscribing them should also be used to fight these herdsmen who are getting away with crimes.People's lives are at stake here and the government and security agencies should perform their responsibilties.Lalasticlala,mynd44.
Please, I want you to face reality. Nigeria is a business for the few elites and the oyibos. Nigeria can never be good until it is dissolved for every region to go its separate ways. But is it going to be easy? No. Do you know why the first coup was carried out? History is against Nigeria and that was why it was removed from school curriculum.

Honestly, all my suppliers stopped business cos of the lock down. I asked myself, if I sell off everything with the way my customers have been calling me, asking me to come sell to them, how do I restock? What if prices have gone higher then? I just tell them I'm not in town and no movement. Lol!

Hi
She is into food stuffs business. After selling all her goods( in this case Garri) at N500/painter, she went to buy and the price is now N1,400/paint for wholesale.

Is it ok for her to go home with her money without buying or she should buy and sell at the rate others are selling?
She should buy at current price and sell at the new price in order to continue moving. Going home with the money will definitely keep her out of business. She should buy the little quantity her money can afford and she should ensure to sell off and restock quickly. She should also have the contact of her customer selling to her so she can maintain communication with him or her about the trends and state of things. The moment she calls and they tell her of new change in price, she should adjust immediately.

Now, the strongest advice for business persons in this pandemic period is, be sure to restock after selling and if u know u can't restock, then stop selling and close your shop. Let the remaining goods in your shop grow in value than having the cash loose value. (that is if you bought your goods when things were still OK) but if u are sure of where to restock from, u can continue.

What has happened to your wife now is that her money lost value. But she should not loose hope cos she would recoup it. Business is not easy but it is rewarding if u don't give up during the down time.
Politics / Re: The Biggest Gainers And Losers Of The Coronavirus Incident In Nigeria by valenu(m): 12:53am On Apr 04, 2020
socialmediaman:
The biggest losers are of course poor Nigerians who have lost their jobs, sources of meager income and small businesses. Many of these people will be making little or no income while they try to get back to business after all the dust settles.

The biggest gainers on the one hand are the physicians and medical experts who will be treating and offering exclusive services to Nigeria’s politicians suffering the virus. These people will be heavily rewarded with Nigeria’s corrupt money which they ideally deserve if the government was functioning the way it should be

Other big gainers are Home Entertainment channels, Internet companies, medical equipment and accessories producers, hand sanitizer and alcohol retailers.
Pls, how does alcohol retailers gain from it? Are they allowed to sell?

Well that doesn't change the fact you created a bigoted thread targeted at the wrong people.

Be brave to face your enemies like I did on that thread.

Thank you.
For your mind! Common gerout.. Person dey even try understand with u sef u no appreciate. How do u expect an ordinary igbo person to understand that the guy is an Hausa man? Do you think a Yoruba man can not talk against themselves? Why do you think we call u guys back biters? Afonja them? Look, even if that guy insults Yoruba, I won't still believe he is Hausa because Yorubas have been hating on Igbos since the beginning of Nairaland. So, live with it.

When I faced him on the thread above, I faced him and his tribe alone. I never brought any other tribe into the conversation.
Well, my brother I understand you. Even me sef I know say every tribe dey hate. As I'm talking to u, most of my friends and customers are Yorubas and we relate well. But here on Nairaland, it is different. Any topic goes igbo vs Yoruba way here. But I'm happy it all ends here. Let Nairaland CEO do something about the tribal fight here else, we will learn to live by it.

The op of the original thread is an Hausa and the op here is attacking Yorubas.

Or perhaps you don't know how to read?

You are advocating for ethnic supremacy and alleging that the Hausa Fulani tribe is against other tribes

Perhaps you don't know the definition of ethiic bigotry because your statements fit the definition perfectly.
In case you didn't follow this thread well which I'm thinkning you didn't; a Yoruba guy created a thread allegedly to cause or promote hatred between the Igbos and the Hausa Fulanis. I sarcastically copied same post, edited by replacing the igbo with Yoruba as a new topic. The boredom is very active you know.

Which advice? You couldn't even get the message there. The message in that comment is that the country should be split to its various ethnic groups so all these hates can end. That's the way to end the hatred on each other. Please go back and read it again. As for me, I don't like the hatred but if you continue to hate, I will show u told that I hate u and that I was only tolerating u.
