Please guys can I use my account details on the trade system portal (Form A) to pay for my brother's tuition?

Hello guys, I got a conditional offer from University of Wolverhampton but I was not given any tuition discount, please is it when I get the Unconditional offer I'll see where the discount was stated?

From experience, it takes time b4 conditional turns unconditional in most schools due to admissions teams' workload
Hold on and hang on, for it will surely come.

In the meantime, get other things ready as time constraint might be a thing @ some point during this processing

University of Wolverhampton gave me a conditional offer and I was asked to upload an updated Personal Statement and my WAEC Certificate. But it's been over 5 weeks and I still haven't heard from them. They have not reviewed the documents they asked me to upload. Please what do I do guys?
