Purchased a microtek 1.5kva inverter last year with two batteries and had them connected just to the lights (security lights outside as well) fan and television. Used it and never witnessed the battery every going off. Sometimes we use it 10pm in the night till 7 in the morning and it remains on. Recently we had a light surge in the area and our inverter got damaged and stopped working. After giving it to a technician to repair it has become a shell of its past self. The lights keep flickering whenever it's on and the worst part is that it no longer lasts. We are lucky if it stays up to 3 4 hours with minimal load. I don't know if I should get a new inverter or whether the batteries too were affected by the power surge

sorry about that, i think they have *kazeeemed* your precious inverter. u should have taken it to an authorized service center. it is best u get a new one.

since u use 60A Cc, it is likely 150V capped(check though) . 320w panels will give around 45v,.. so 3S3P will be around 135V for your 9pcs 320w panels.

3.5kva/48v genus heiwa inverter. 48v/60Ah MPPT charge controller. 8pcs of 320w mono panels and 4pcs of 230Ah/12v genus tubular battery.

His calculation is shown below:
My consumption is 500w x 24 hours = 12000/1000 = 12kwh.
I intend to go off grid. I also intend to manage a maximum of 500w during the day and 250w during the night.
Please, put DOD and inverter efficiency into consideration.

. pls go for lithium batteries.. 48V 280ah Lifepo4 Lithium battery will serve. thats roughly 14.5kwh. then 12pcs of 320w panels.

it have inbuilt adapter. it can be plugged directly to 220v.it does not need external 12v adapter.
