On 6th August 2013, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Screening Committee issued a provisional Clearance Certificate to Mr Tony Nwoye, who is currently the PDP recognised flag-bearer in the forthcoming Anambra governorship election. On the certificate, a copy of which was made available to elombah.com, it was clearly stated that Tony was not cleared to contest the election on the platform of the party. The reason as stated in the certificate was “irregular Tax Clearance Certificates” By Tony Nwoye, PDP Guber Aspirant.

The second reason as stated was “Tax Clearance not backed with receipts. The Committee then told Mr Nwoye: "Accept our regrets".

Moreover, the said certificate is claimed to have been issued on June 14, 2011 and the tax for 2011 paid on same date, June 14, 2011. If this is assumed to be true, which tax certificate did Mr tony nwoye present to PDP and INEC in the run up to the April 2011 national assembly elections in which he participated? Could he have paid his 2011 tax after the elections had taken place and his colleagues sworn into office?

In the other tax certificate issued by Anambra state government, he claims that his source of income is medical practice. Unless tony Nwoye is a quack doctor, this is a criminal offence. Tony nwoye is not a graduate talk less of being a medical doctor.

Mr Tony Nwoye was a former Medical student at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC). He dropped out in year three. Available information is that he was rusticated by the school authorities for cult activities. Mr Nwoye is a member of the notorious student cult organization.

However, another source told elombah.com "Comrade Tony Nwoye is not a graduate. He dropped out from Medical school in UNEC after failing first MB three times".

Upon being sent packing from UNEC, he ran to the College of Medicine, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki to continue his quest for medical studies.

Tony Nwoye should be in the best position to inform all why he withdrew. Was it for personal reasons, or did he fail his 2nd/3rd MB or was he involved in school cultism?

A careful look at the 2012 and 2013 tax certificates will reveal that the taxes were not paid as at when due.

Elombah.com learnt during the screening process, Tony failed to produce his original tax receipts to the screening committee sitting at PDP National Secretariat, Zone 5, Abuja. He rather produced a scanned copy on the pretext that the originals are in Anambra state. Concerned observers say those original tax receipts should be demanded and verified.

Part IV 14(a) of the PDP guidelines states clearly that an aspirant shall not be qualified to be nominated or contest if he fails to have paid tax for the preceding three years as at when due.

While part IV 15(2) of the same guidelines states that any aspirant who gives false information shall be disqualified.

Tony was initially not cleared because of "irregular tax clearance certificates" and "Tax clearance not backed with Tax receipts", and yet the appeal panel headed by Alhaji Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi , went ahead to clear him. Shinkafi the is Chairman, PDP Screening Appeals Committee.

The question to be asked is: How did an aspirant that was disqualified by the screening committee eventually emerge the winner of the PDP primary, barely 2 weeks later?

Accusation fingers are pointed towards Prince Arthur Eze and his attempt to foist a candidate of his choice on Anambrarians by any means.

The rumour is that Tony Nwoye who was hitherto not cleared by the PDP screening committee, was cleared by the appeal panel after his godfather, Arthur 1000 had parted with 100 million naira.

The body of a Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Cyriacus Onunkwo, who was abducted and strangled by unknown gunmen has been recovered in Orlu, Imo State.

The slain cleric was kidnapped in his car on Friday and was taken to Omumma, in the Oru East Local Government Area of the state, where his lifeless body was found on Saturday.

According to the source, the priest was returning home to organise the funeral of his father when he was abducted at gunpoint.




The source said, “The priest, Rev. Fr. Cyriacus Onunkwo, who hailed from Osina, in the Ideato North LGA, and worked in Orlu diocese, was on a mission. He came home to prepare for the burial of his father, who died last week.

“Some kidnappers abducted him at Nkwito Junction, Amaifeke Orlu, at about 7pm on September 1, 2017.

“The priest died in their custody and his father is still in a mortuary. People are no more afraid of God.”

The state Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, who confirmed the development, described it as worrisome. He said the command’s State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department has taken over the matter.

The governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha has been deceiving Nigerians, Igbo people and Biafrans at large that he is an Igbo Man, instead of an Hausa man.

Rochas Okorocha has given himself to Hausa Fulani as an instrument of destruction against the restoration of Biafra and for the total islamization of Biafra land, but he must understand that he and his slave masters have God (Eze Chukwu Okike Abhiama) to contend with.

The truth cannot be hidden forever. It will interest you to know that this agent of darkness Rochas Okorocha have the blood of Hausa-Fulani running in his vein. He was born by a woman who was previously married to a family at Uratta village in Owerri Imo state; when the woman could not conceive a child, she moved to marry another man from Ogboko village in Ideato south Imo state where she gave birth to two girls, after a while she left her husband and travelled to Jos, Plateau State and there she met an Hausa man who got her pregnant twice. It will also interest you to know that this Rochas Okorocha use to be a bus driver in Lagos state and was also involved in what Nigerians call '419' business, which means obtaining by trick. While engaging in his fraudulent business, he defrauded a white man that came to do business in Nigeria and killed him in the process, just to keep his money. It is with the money he took from the white man that he made his first investment, which was the establishment of a commercial school in Jos Platue state.

It was during one of his visit to Jos that his biological father took him to T.Y Danjuma. Gen. T.Y danjuma in a bid to integrate him in the political arena of Nigeria, introduced him to Gen. Ibrahim Babangida who then gave him a contract to supply police uniforms and hilux vans during his millitary regime, that was how he got involved in the Nigerian ploitics.
Rochas Okorocha has been given a mandate to islamize Imo state indigenes or lose all they have given him, that is why he became the first governor to build a mosque in Imo State government house. He went further to pay some people money to convert to islam. This is why we now have so many titled traditional monarchs practicing and propagating Islam in the whole of Imo State

Rochas Okoroocha own a private jet and it will interest you to know how he got it. Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo gave Rochas a contract to refurbish military jets used by Gen. Abdulsalami abubakar, Abacha and other millitary junta. Okorocha in his usual fraudulent characteristics, told Olusegun Obasanjo that the jets are too bad and should be scrapped. Olusegun Obasanjo, ignorant of what his intentions were told him to go ahead and sell it at scrap value. Okorocha ended up purchasing the jet himself, and reselling it at a higher value. This among others are the reasons why Obasanjo has been having problems with Okorocha till date. This is the reason why Obasanjo called him a bigger thief, compared to Ikedi Ohakim the former governor of Imo State whom Rochas accused of embezzlement and incompetence during his governorship campaign.

Rochas Okorocha took loan that ran into hundreds of millions from United Bank of Africa (UBA), Zenith Bank and Progress bank, In a bid to fund the various contracts he secured from the Nigerian Government. He paid back UBA with State fund, after using his Hausa-Fulani influence to intimidate them when they threatened to seize his assets. Instead of paying Zenith Bank, he appointed Chike Okafor of Zenith Banks from Ihitte Uboma who was the then commissioner for finance, to take reign of the bank's management. Rochas Okorocha is among those who liquidated Progress Bank, together with one Mr. Ferdinand Anaghara due to their inability to pay back loan taken.

All the general hospitals in Imo State are under the control of Dr. Shuaibu from Kaduna state, as one of the conditions given to him by Islamic bank after they gave him a loan using Imo state government as the borrower. What insolence to the people of Imo state!
Okorocha is also a member of Hausa Homosexual club, his involvement in such disgusting act became evident when he launched the most popular Gay club in Owerri.

Rochas Okorocha among other enemies of light has been telling his hausa master, Muhammadu Buhari to condemn to death Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, and also the director of radio Biafra/Biafra TV, simply because he spoke the TRUTH to the conscience of Imo state indigenes and Biafrans as a whole. He never hid his animosity towards the innocent man, just like Nnamdi Kanu never hid the truth about him to 'Ndi Imo'. Rochas Okorocha is also a member of the Ogboni fraternity, whose modus operandi involves killing so as to attain political height of their choice.
He has been holding meetings with the so called Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Billie Human Right Initiative, with one agenda to STOP THE RESTORATION OF BIAFRA. This group of people are the major obstruction to Biafra restoration, but to what end? Greed and insatiable quest for power and fame.

Rochas Okorocha and his group of evil men must understand that we are fanatical about the restoration of the Republic of Biafra, this is not the class of 1967-1970 who fought and sustained the war for three years with obsolete equipments. This present generation are more refined both in mind, will and intellect, all thanks to our leader Nnamdi Kanu who did so well in cleansing our brains from all the chaffs that the British in conjunction with their puppet (Nigeria) has fed our minds with. We are very much at alert and watching them closely. We know their moves even before they make them and we want to assure them once again that Judgment day is coming soon. No evil man or woman shall be spared, for IPOB under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu has no forgiveness in her creed.

Nnamdi Kanu is a catalyst, if you kill him there will be no Nigeria, if you let him be there will be no Nigeria. So the best solution to this whole situation is to free Nnamdi Kanu and allow Biafra to exhibit her right to self determination as enshrined in the UN charter of 2007, in which Nigeria is a signatory to. We want to emphatically reiterate that either way, Nnamdi Kanu must be freed and Biafra restored.

PRESS STATEMENT
THE KILLING OF MASTER SOMTOCHUKWU IBEANUSI BY AGENTS OF GOVERNMENT IN EKEUKWU OWERRI.
Since the unfortunate killing of Master Somtochukwu Ibeanusi on Saturday, 26th August, 2017, by agents of government of Imo State, I have but spent most of my time praying for the repose of the soul of this 10 years old boy who was the hope of the Ibeanusi family. I also commend Ndi Imo for praying for the family and for all the wounded and dispossessed.
Inspite of this extreme provocation, I commend Ndi Imo, particularly the traders and Ndi Owerri Federal Constituency for remaining law abiding.
I frown strongly on the deployment of the military and use of live bullets against unarmed civilians during this act of impunity and illegality. I have joined all well meaning Nigerians in demanding to know who ordered the deployment of the military against a civilian population in a purely civil matter, even when there is a subsisting court injunction issued by Hon Justice S.I. Opara of the Imo State High Court.
Imo people, and indeed all Nigerians, should recall that in my letter to Governor Okorocha dated 26 August, 2016, I advised the Governor in unmistakable terms against the demolition of the market. I drew the Governor's attention to the excruciating economic recession in the country, massive job losses in Imo State, the calamity of Mechanics Village demolition without compensation and alternative. In short, I told him that the timing was wrong and timing in leadership actions is of essence.
Again, I have severally called the attention of Governor Okorocha to the flagrant abuse of the Owerri Master Plan and disobedience of subsisting court orders by himself and the agents of his administration. In this matter, the Governor failed to address his mind to the fact that the Ekeukwu market does not belong to Imo State Government but a private business investment by the developers and traders.
The death of Somtochukwu is one too many and a collective shock to Ndi Igbo. A near-impenetrable sense of impunity - of being above the usual rules and laws, has become a defining feature of Okorocha's administration. Anyone who presents a threat to that impunity is ostensibly attacked, dismissed, abused, pummelled, and may be killed.
Definitely Okorocha may have other reasons for upping the crisis level in the State just to take people's attention away from critical issues in the state such as economic survival, abandoned local government election, unpardonable environmental pollution in the State, the war and sharp division in his party, the APC in the State, his promise of 5 new aircrafts for his Imo Air since April 2017, etc, etc. Imo people are hurting for lack of jobs, lack of water, lack of food, lack of healthcare, lack of peace, and lack of hope.
While we all perish in poverty as a result of Okorocha's job extinguishing policies, he is smiling as the ultimate boss, the guy who is so rich and powerful that he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, and to whomever he wants (including demolishing the economic livelihood of the people, grabbing whichever land he wants, seeding our hospitals to Federal agencies etc). In our state Imo he is the only winner; if someone gets killed it does not matter because we have all become the losers. Impunity to him, even more than gold, is the ultimate signifier of his success.
No matter the shocks and scare tactics thrown our way, we must all be united as humans to assist those affected by this inhuman calamity by donating to Ekeukwu Owerri Market disaster Fund. Nothing is too small. I thank those who have done so already. We must all unite to say no to bad ideas and bad actors. We must all say no to one-man mega brands. Those who believe that money and power provide license to impose one's will on others while ignoring both laws and common sense.
Okorocha and his fellow travellers must be seen for what they are: a symptom of a deep viral infection that we decided, collectively, to inhale, and one we must come together to heal. We must collectively rise to the responsibility of the moment. The truth is that there are ways to pierce the Okorocha bubble. All we need now is to collectively identify where to place the needle.

This happened during Nnamdi Kanu's outing last weekend. Could this be some kind of approval? The sky opened directly to where Nnamdi Kanu was standing. This created tension around the area. The opening of the sky brought down pillars of light that descended on the earth in the area. Till now nobody has been able to explain the spiritual implications or otherwise of the strange occurrence. Munirat Adedoyin, a former Vice Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government in Lagos, who is also said to be vying for the Chairmanship position of the same Local Government was allegedly caught recently in the act of attempting to use a child for ritual as depicted in the picture above, here is how he captioned the photo;
