Why is Aregbesola owing workers and pensioners their money which Oyinlola and Akande did not owe, even though they had less Abuja allocation, IGR and loans?

^^^ some times the picture directly above makes me wonder if anyone born in this type of environment will grow up and become mentally fit and stable, i now realise some parts of Nigeria have big problems at hand and what is happening in Nairaland is just a tip of the iceberg.

Osun is more or less a rural state, i wonder where they are getting all these data and stats. More than half of the houses in Osun does not have toilets. More than 70% of houses in Osun state are mud houses covered with rustic roofs.
