And Martinelli has one of the best take-ons in the league. One bad game doesn't make you less class.

Your agent 100% can. Why do you think FIFA/UEFA had been looking for means to break the influence and power of agents over players? Agents are there to look for the highest bidder for their clients and they will agree with any offer that matches what they want for their client. Agreeing to personal terms does not mean any document was signed. It just means Cucu will accept the wages, bonuses, perks that Chelsea are proposing in the event Brighton accepts Chelsea's bid. Simple.

Agreeing personal terms is an agent v Club thing. It is like asking the agent if Cucu will accept say 150K a week and the agent says yes. That is personal terms.
