Ask your doctor to review your drugs.At your end, reduce stress and make sure you rest very well.Dont play with your night sleep.
Reduce your salt intake.Inculcate ginger and garlic in your diet,if possible blend and drink d juice at least once a week.I also learnt that cucumber helps too.You need a complete diet change.
Just relax and be prayerful, follow your doctor's instructions, you will carry to term and deliver safely.

that bp is high,are your feet,hands and face swollen,have u done urine test to know the amount of protein in urine,pls go to the hospital let them check you well and if possible seek a second opinion and third sef from different hospitals.

I did urine test and no protein was found but I will take ur counsel and seek other opinions. Thnx for ur prompt response

My bp keeps increasing despite d fact that am on medication. It seems d drugs are not working at all from 140 to 160. Pls is there any home remedy I can add. I'm a FTM. Team June
