I think the ruling of the tribunal is clear and simple...it states that the ACJA has taken care of uneccesary delay tactics of which JURISDICTION issues are a part of. The trial continues until the SC orders the tribunal to stop & if the tribunal arrives at a decision b4 the SC ruling, the judgement would simply be nullified. I don't blame the senior lawyers, they became SANs b4 the ACJA...let them go back to their library to do some research! & stop acting like carpenters in the temple of justice. quote author=chukwudi44 post=39729912] Nope dear!! Seun Kuti should not just tweet from his father's shrine and expect reasonable Nigerian to take him serious. He has nothing to show for that comment he made. This is a squad of competent and highly principled persons. Age is not in issue.PMB has been giving youth the opportunity to work with him. it is not until he makes them ministers! aba! even the Seun that is talking if PMB makes him minister will he perform? President Buhari has sworn to the oath of office as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. As far as the Constitution is concerned he is the head of the executive cabinet by operation of law. He is the uncommandable commander of the executive arm of govt. No other arm of govt has the legitimate power to screen him for opting for the petroleum ministry. Afterall he has been declared the head of cabinet since may 29. All his powers, including his discretionary powers such as this, have become exercisable since then. |
