It is not a collossal waste as the industry is bidded to generate huge revenue for our economy. The problem is that some people in the industry fail to channel the funds for the real purpose.
As for Agriculture more money is needed to diversify our economy.

That Money should have been channelled into Farming (mechanisation and research), health (equipment like MRI Scanners in public hospitals) and Education (equip more PUBLIC schools with Computers and alternative power supply).
