U need to check ur comment before posting it. How many business have u start up and maintain with all these anti business policies in Nigeria? U can't get loan, materials are so expensive and scarce to get... Maybe u aren't living in Nigeria sha. People are making it but ask any genuine and legitimate business owner and they will tell u how hard it is.

You're right to say, the ease of doing business in Nigeria is not so easy. But it didn't start in 2015? It has never been easy to do business in Nigeria. As a matter of fact, it is easier to do business in Nigeria today than ever before. However, funding may be an impediment. And that is why only those who have established truly legitimate business are at advantage.
I am a lawyer practising in Nigeria. I am not where I wish to be but I am a patient Nigeria who believes that Corruption is killing this country. And will never let the days of corruption excude it's reign again.

Any company that folds up isn't running a legitimate or fully legitimatebusiness. Or put in other words, such company is not fully operational according to it's established vision and mission.
For instance, hotels that strive on Yahoo boys who lodge in their facility should not expect to survive.

One thing that is evident in Buhari's administration is that not only the poor feels the hardship of the wrath brought upon us by the PDP and it's military carry over corruption, the Elites are now feeling it too. There's uniformity, equality and shared hardship.
Those who have legitimate business are smiling because they're not caught by the hardship net. I know a man who is into pure water manufacturing, within the years Buhari came into power, he has bought over ten properties in my area to expand his business.
But the funny thing is for the few years that our Commonwealth has not circulated amongst the elite, you can see how massive campaign is being run against the president. I have said it before now. I WILL PUT MY LIFE ON THE LINE...to ensure that the President is returned to Aso Rock.

Let me use this medium to educate ELEKA on how to approach his election petition since he's definitely going to lose this election. By tomorrow, the result would be declared, and Eleka or PDP would have 21 days to challenge the election. Failure to do so within 21 days will mean that JKF would be the Governor of Ekiti with having to defend his Return at the election tribunal. The tribunal would have to deliver it's judgment with 180 days.
My personal advice would be that Eleka should emulate JKF in 2014 as he did not challenge the election that brought Fayose in. I wish Prof. Eleka well as he returns to the academia. Don't worry about Fayose he will take care of himself.

Yes! We know your plans. And we understand your plight. This artificial factionalism is all to manipulate the constitution. We know! The constitution says they will lose their seats if they decamp to another party. The only exception is where there is a faction in the party and they cannot easily identify where they belong.
But to be sincere, I don't really blame them. That's their best form of political brokerage. They did it with PDP they're now back to their locale of vomit... They're ready to eat their vomit.

The courts are always open to aggrieved persons to air their grievances. Party congresses are internally organised with INEC being an observer. And truthfully no election whether internal or national can be free from irregularities. But it is obvious even to the blind, that all the ward and state congresses held across Nigeria were largely free and fair. But there will always be opposition in politics. This National Congress had proved that APC is United. Irrespective of the very few opposition. Let them go to court. The court is a prostitute to justice, it accepts any man that comes to it and it will give soccour to who deserves it eventually.

Internal democracy is when the party resolves issues either by a consensus or a cast of votes and not by imposition. Sequel to this convention various candidates acquired the forms but they stepped down to tow the line of a consensus. So how in the world is this option of internal democracy similar to that of PDP that resulted in a series of walk out and court cases which went back and forth at the Supreme Court over 6 times with most of them littered in various courts across Nigeria?
APC is United and this convention is a perfect replica of Internal Democracy.
