that is a prudent way of solving student Enrolment issue, with little physical infrastructure and balloon of graduate teacher , how do you really want the problem to be solved? Anyway the issue is the double track system has increased student intake and job availability for graduate teachers. And Ghana can also make a business out of it by charging African student who are coming into Ghana in search of quality education. That is the business side of it.

there was a time the entire south west of Nigeria has almost half percent of her teacher population as Ghanaian. It even become a popular trend to the level of which parent now see it as sign of prestige if their wards are thought by Ghanaian.
